They will rip you off badly. They told me to come in to talk about the price they charging three sessions $2500-$4000 when I ask her do you think that’s over the limit she start laughing and she said well our product is the best like everyone else. Before you go, there, ask them about the price over the phone. Don’t waste your time for going there stay away from these people.

I consulted with many physicians prior to having hair surgery but ultimately went with Dr. Contractor because of his honesty, credentials and very reasonable prices. The doctor spent a lot of time discussing each aspect of surgery, preventative medications and post-operative care. He put forth a lot of effort and this is evident in the results. The scar from my strip surgery is unbelievable - you can barely see it! I found the entire team to be caring, meticulous and passionate about what they do. I've reached out to Dr Contractor several times and he's always responded in a timely fashion. It's obvious he is committed to ensuring great results. I'm so glad I went with Maxim and would do it again in a heartbeat.

After a lot of research, I decided to get a second hair transplant at MAXIM Hair Restoration. It was a five-hour drive for me, and like with any medical procedure, there's always a bit of uncertainty. You don’t really know what you’re walking into until you meet the doctor, nurses, and staff. But from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person I interacted with made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. Having had a previous transplant elsewhere, I can honestly say the experience at MAXIM was on a whole different level. Donnita, the office manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to my appointment. She answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared before I even walked in the door. Dr. Thiele was fantastic. He took his time to sit down with me, map out the hairline, and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He emphasized that it was my decision and he wanted me to feel confident about the final look. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right. The procedure itself lasted about eight hours, but the entire team made it feel easy. Everyone was focused on my comfort with no rushing and no stress. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and felt completely included and in control. Pain was basically nonexistent, and their bedside manner made all the difference. What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Thiele personally called me the next day, on a Saturday during his own weekend, to check in and gave me his direct number in case I had any concerns. That level of care is rare. The team at MAXIM in Dallas truly goes above and beyond. Their pricing is fair, their professionalism is top-notch, and I can already tell the results are going to be fantastic. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who’s considering a hair transplant, and if I ever need another one, this is the only place I’d go. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to make every customer happy, but these people nailed it. Thank you all so much.
