I rarely leave reviews, but after over a year of frustration and disappointment, I feel compelled to share my experience with Medical Man Cave. I underwent a hair transplant with high hopes, based on the results that were promised and the significant amount of money I invested. Unfortunately, I did not achieve anything close to the outcome I was led to expect. It has now been well over a year, and the results are underwhelming at best. I’ve been in communication with their team for months, trying to find some resolution, but I have received no clear answers, no follow-through, and certainly no real effort to make things right. The lack of transparency and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Given the amount of money I spent and the trust I placed in them, I expected far better results and service. I would caution anyone considering this place to think twice and do extensive research before committing. I wish I had.

This business is a chop shop. Because of the products they chose to use, and the people performing their procedures I wound up with a large mass. This has led to over a year of complications which wound up having to be surgically resolved. I had this procedure done at the Tampa Florida clinic which was shut down while I was having these issues. The doctors suggestion to try and resolve the issue was to have my own dermatologist give me an injection, rather than trying to address and rectify his practice’s mistakes. What a joke. Needless to say after getting multiple injections, the mass would not go away and led to costly surgery that put me out of work for weeks. They marketed this as a simple, non-invasive procedure that has now cost me over $20,000 and left me permanently disfigured with massive scarring. Zero out of ten, do not use this clinic, ever.

This went about as bad as it could have. I work in commercial kitchens. I need to wear a hat walking through them. I explained this and was told "you can 100% wear a hat the next day, we even give you a hat to wear out after the procedure" I asked for this after and they looked at me like in crazy saying no way can i wear a hat. They then grabbed a hat and litteraly placed it on top of my head gently hahahaha. The doctor did the first 150 graft, then passed it onto the nurses, one of whom was training and halfway through was corrected on not doing it correctly. Prior to starting they all had to huddle around the transplant robot to figure out HOW TO USE IT from some lady on facetime. Halfway through the robot harvesting the doctor comes back on as they left me completely unsupervised and looked startled but started saying "oh wow how perfect, this is going perfect" nope. It didnt. This is the "completly random selection the robot is perfect at youll never see where it took from" this was about 2.5-3 years ago as well, i did all the follow ups, and due to my schedule i couldnt make it in until later for the oxygen thing so every time id get a call askin "hey so we all want to go home early, can we reschedule your thing? Its not important anyway..." Said yes the last time and skipped it then the doctor blamed not going to 1 follow up for the failure of everything. A follow up they asked to move since 330 was too late and wanted to go home. Then move to the medication after the fact, the supplier never had any in stock. It took 7-9 weeks to get a batch made, then it was a 30 day supply. Insane.

I went to the clinic for a procedure, they were professional. After the procedure, I developed a bad scar which I don’t think will go away. I had signed up for two procedures but don’t want to go forward with the second . I asked for a refund on my remaking balance and they said the would give me that. Since then they have proceeded to not return my emails and give me the deposit we agreed on.
