The clinic itself is impeccably clean, with a modern, welcoming atmosphere. The operating rooms and recovery areas are spotless, which immediately put me at ease. Hygiene and safety protocols were clearly a top priority, and I felt confident in their standards throughout my visit. The staff truly sets this clinic apart. From the reception team to the surgeon (Vedat Tosun), everyone was friendly, compassionate, and highly skilled. During my initial consultation, Vedat and Berkay took time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and tailor a plan to my needs. The nurses and technicians were absolutely amazing , ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. The transplant process itself was seamless. The medical team used advanced technology and techniques, making the procedure virtually painless thanks to their gentle care. They checked in regularly to ensure I was okay, and their calm, professional demeanor kept any pre-procedure nerves at bay. The entire team worked very efficiently. Even after the surgery, the clinic’s care didn’t stop. They provided clear aftercare instructions and scheduled follow-up calls to monitor my progress. The staff was always available to address any concerns, which made recovery stress-free. Now, several days later, i cant talk about the final results but there is no reason to think that it will be as expected. IMPORTANT I owe a huge part of this positive experience to Berkay (Beko), the clinic’s dedicated coordinator. From the initial consultation to the current pos operatives follow-ups, he is the backbone of the entire process, and I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding support.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC (HAIR MILL) For now I am staying anonymous until I get final results but I went into this procedure only wanting my temples filled, because I simply had a mature hairline, not real hair loss. Before the surgery, the nurse/technician said I would need around 3000 grafts, which already seemed excessive just to fill in the temples. However, after the surgery, they casually told me they had extracted 3,500 grafts without asking for my approval beforehand. They only asked afterward if it was “okay,” once the grafts were already removed, grafts that I can never get back. Not only that, but they took the liberty of adding extra grafts into my frontal zone, even though I clearly only asked for temple work. I did not need reinforcement in my frontal zone, and they made that decision without properly consulting me. Also, when the technician (not a real doctor) drew my hairline, he didn’t even ask if I agreed with the design. When they handed me the mirror to check it, the nurse quickly snatched it away when I tried to inspect it more carefully. There was NO DOCTOR involvement at the hospital and you're at the hands of technicians only and a REAL doctor should only draw the hairline on you and not technicians. Do NOT make the same mistake as me. I have now lost extra grafts that could have stayed on my scalp forever just like that. This whole experience felt rushed, careless, and highly disrespectful toward my wishes. This clinic is clearly a hair mill operation focused on volume over quality, located inside Liv Hospital. If you’re considering a hair transplant, go to a real doctor who performs only one case per day, even if costs more. I have noticed before that there are some fake 5 star reviews posted on this business and even though I went there 2 months ago, I cannot rate the results already but I am stressful every day because I made a mistake going to high volume clinic like this. And like I said before, I said I only wanted my temples filled and they put more grafts into my frontal zone that I do NOT need. Protect your donor area, protect your trust, and please AVOID this clinic and go to an actual doctor for hair transplants. Now that I have done more research, I regret so much that I did not do more research and having lost extra grafts on my scalp that I can never get back, I cannot believe that Liv hospital even allows this clinic to stay in operation inside their hospital. Just go to their website and see before/after pictures. There you can see that they even post pluggy results and they don't care that the results of their patients look pluggy and I am very stressed that I will end up with a pluggy look because of them and I have already planned for a revision with a real doctor in the future if that happens and I hope to god I won't need it but anyone, just look at the pluggy hairlines people get from this clinic and judge for yourself. Don't make the same mistake as me and like I said, go to an actual doctor that you have to be on a waitlist for. A doctor should always be involved on the site when a procedure like this is happening and there was no oversight from doctor in my case and they over-extracted grafts from the back of my head and added unnecessary grafts to my frontal zone despite when I told them clearly before that I only wanted temple work. Going to Medhair Clinic was a mistake on my end and now I am paying the price for it since they did not respect my wishes and just did what THEY wanted to do. You have no idea who is going to be implanting grafts in your head and what technician designs your hairline there so please just avoid this clinic.
