Bald fella, went to mh2go Booked appointment, never had head measured as stated , never had system matched, Turned up, shaved my head , went upstairs found an old system with someone's else's name on it, decided it was a match, ( colour looked more lighter than my hair when it grew back) Had to remove it weeks later, £500 I could have spent in a more respectful salon. Avoid. Truth Responding to owner... Not the first time I was called a liar. I do believe you have a system in place that would other wise work, which is why I chose you in the first place, (living in Coventry) Your stylist was a man called Sergei? As far as I can remember he had greying hair. I was expecting to be measured, and return for a follow up meeting, but was told they could do everything that day, What was concerning was that the system was from upstairs, he tried three or four colours and the one he went for had a different name inside. Being quite overwhelmed by the whole experience, I did not take time to think, and I'll be honest was extremely pleased leaving the salon. The issues started when my original hair grew back more revealing a definite noticeable difference in colour, and after processing the procedure against the service I was promised, I was reluctant to return and cut my losses removing the supplied ghost glue and system, and returning to a shaved head. I can provide the photos, I'm not here to slander you, I believe that Mh2go will generally provide a good service if followed up by good aftercare, My point is that on this occasion not your company , but an employee failed both of us. Edit.. I would even pay to try again to be honest, I just wanted it to be as described, a "proper" fitting with matched hair and not someone else's, As the receipt proves, and you can clearly see in the pictures the difference in colour, and how poorly it sat the following couple of days. Again I do believe that the service could be top quality, just on this occasion, it simply wasn't. 2nd response to owner. So you have completely ignored the fact that your company did not deliver originally what was said was going to be done as in a personalised fitting. And you wonder why I didn't return to have colour rectified and refitting? You failed a customer and expected THEM to return after a terrible service, that's not a good business model, if you had supplied a personalised fitting as you advertise, then I would have no argument, you failed a customer first and then expect them to return? And regardless of length of time I am still entitled to give my honest opinion on my experience!! It seems all you do is divert everything back onto a customer in anyway shape or form and fail to acknowledge your own shortcomings and address it. We all get things wrong, and my issue was not highlighting this to you a month later and just removing the hair system, But my lack of confidence and willingness to return lies entirely on your shoulders for providing a poor service originally.

Hello Thank you for updated review. Our update: It seems this is Stuart Field? You came in on 26th August 2020 ( almost 5years ago). You then booked a Maintenance and colour session on 6th October 2020 and you NEVER SHOWED UP! In fact you failed to show up didn't notify us and never heard from you since. My question is why have you chosen to leave us a negative review AFTER 5 YEARS of when you got the service done? why not email us that you wanted to try again, however asking us for help 5 years later in the form of leaving a negative review is not the way ! Had you contacted us 5 years ago or turned up to your appointment we could have rectified any issues by replacing it or provide a custom made system at no extra costs! As a company our aim is to always help and provide the best service we can , if a customer is not happy with something they simply just have to contact us and allow us to help and rectify any issues as our customer service and expectations to want to help all our clients is and always will be our first priority, if we do not then by all means leave a negative review but you have to allow us the opportunity and not to leave a review after 5 whole years have passed !!! 2nd Update: Please ready my reply clearly. hair replacement is not always a simple straight forward procedure and if any customers have issues you have to highlight to us in order to allow us to fix any problems. If you decide not to contact us and just simply take it off then that was your decision. If we don't know the problem or issues how can you expect us to help? I am not going to continue having these discussion on a review. You really should have sent an email stating your issues 5 years ago with the intent to perhaps want to try again as opposed to leaving it as a review! If you want to contact us you can via email otherwise apologies for any issues you experienced and just wished you mentioned them to us 5 years ago so we could have helped and sorted it all out.
