My name is James Ducatt, I have traveled quite a bit for business to Asia, Europe and other countries, yet never the Middle East. I have a Bachelor’s degree in business and am an inventor holding US Patents. I don't like b.s. and fake misleading people. Before coming to Turkey I researched and attained treatment plans from over 10-14 dental facilities within Turkey, primarily the Istanbul area. Before leaving the USA I arranged to meet with the top 4 clinics of the 14+ that I researched. Mira Dental Clinic was one of these 4 top choices. My in person visits to this clinic to meet the doctors, staff, and see the facility as a whole was better than I had expected from an American perspective. The entire facility was very clean, well managed, the staff was courteous, polite and welcoming. The equipment such as x-ray, 3D imaging, procedures rooms, and offices had the best modern equipment . From the beginning I was assigned a Medical Advisor-David- who was highly efficient, easy to communicate with in conversation, knowledgeable about the procedures and handles all communication in a very professional manner. Of all the Medical Advisors that I spoke with over the phone and here in person, David and the Mira team were definitely most professional. I think to sum up the service David and the team provide is “Caring” about me as a patient and the role they play within the process. I also think it's important for everyone to know that I was never pressured into a decision or commitment, and Mira also did everything I preferred as my choices as long as it was medically safe for me as their patient. After personally experiencing their facility, team, and process, I highly recommend their facility for a variety of dental procedures based on my experience. World class Medical team, Advisor, staff and facilities. Today is 04 July 2025.

déception avec cette clinique . Travail très trés mal fait avec avis confirmé par d'autres dentistes . A la demande de Mira clinic jai demandé l avis d' un médecin en France pour confirmer les anomalies j'ai fait le rapport avec radio en 3 D .Le dentiste français a bien confirmé les problèmes et le soupçon de manque de greffe osseuse. Quand j'ai envoyé mon rapport au service qualité de Mira clinic ils m'ont dit que du moment qu'un autre dentiste à touché ma bouche je n'ai plus de garantie depuis quand une simple radio et rapport expertise fait tomber une garantie .??????je tombe de haut ..... je n'ai plus confiance en ces personnes sans foi ni loi .....quel culot d'avoir ce discours avec des patients .Le pire ils m'ont mis des implants Alpha gates et m'ont fait payé 8500 euro et rare sont les dentistes qui travaillent avec cette marque ....faites très attention avant de franchir le pas ils sont sans scrupules. Les personnes qui ont besoin de consulter mon dossier avec plaisir je n'arrive pas à le joindre à l'avis.jai envie de faire une grève de la faim mais je dois juste m'organiser pour la garde de mes enfants ..je ne prétends à aucun remboursement mais très déprimée de cette expérience et je veux alerter les services concernés en turquie et en france ....ils ont ruiné ma vie et mes économies et aucun suivi aucun mot d'excuses les medecins fantômes ont encaissé l argent et m'ont laissé avec une personne qui ne parle même pas français ....et je n'ai marre de ses traductions google ...bref je ne fais que pleurer et chercher un dentiste qui peut rattraper cette catastrophe Le pire ils m'ont bloqué sur Facebook quand je donnais mon avis ....j'ai toutes la captures d'écran des échanges je souhaite les rendre publique un jour .j'ai contacté l émission 7à 8 pour les gens qui connaissent pour parler de mon dossier et tirer la sonnette d'alarme ....

I'm not claiming any reimbursement but I'm very depressed by this experience and I want to alert the relevant services in Turkey and France.... they ruined my life and my savings and no follow-up, no word of apology, the ghost doctors collected the money and left me with a person who doesn't even speak French.... and I'm fed up with their Google translations... in short, I do nothing but cry and look for a dentist who can fix this disaster. The worst thing is they blocked me on Facebook when I gave my opinion.... I have all the screenshots of the exchanges I want to make them public one day. I contacted the 7 to 8 program for people who know to talk about my file and sound the alarm....
