I stopped by this week to try to match a perfume I had purchased a couple years ago at the farmer's market. Unfortunately, I didn't know exactly what was in it, but the owner was incredibly patient as we spent a lot of time smelling different ingredients to try to match it the best we could! I ended up with a slightly different, but still amazing smelling product, as well as finding another scent she had already made. Both are delightful, and I look forward to wearing them. She was kind, patient, knowledgable, and professional!

I recently had the most incredible experience at Munn hair studio and I cannot rave enough about it! I was calling local places asking for details and quotes on prices and right when I called here I knew something was different. She was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly I felt she cared personally. From the moment i walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Djuana and her assistant I was very nervous at first but they made me feel comfortable and welcome in a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The consultation was thorough, and I appreciated how much care they took to understand my preferences and recommendations. Throughout the entire process, they made sure I was comfortable, checking in with me regularly to ensure I was happy and understood each step. The owner Djuana who did my hair replacement was nothing short of amazing and incredibly skilled. We talked for hours and hours and she took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offering expert suggestions based on my hair type. I originally wanted a traditional hair system install, but she offered a her custom mastered strand by strand technique where I would keep on my natural hair. The installation process was smooth, making sure everything was perfectly fitted and customized to my natural hair. Her attention to detail and patience was flawless – the color match was perfect, and the texture of the hair system blends so well that it looks and feels completely natural. She guided me through the process and I couldn’t be happier with the results. But what really stood out to me was the attention to detail and how personal she was. Djuana went above and beyond, not only delivering exactly what I wanted but also educating me on how to care for my hair at home. They used top-quality products, and the entire experience felt personalized from start to finish. I left the salon feeling confident, and like a brand new person. She gained a new customer for years to come and am recommending if you on the fence or looking for a hair expert contact her. She truly changed my life.

My skin and scalp is very sensitive to any harsh treatment. Dejuana took time to explain her natural products and the pros and cons about hair care. She is currently treating and conditioning my hair with Munn products. Within 2 months I have seen a difference in the texture of my hair. At each appointment my hair is pampered as though I am in a hair spa, which is so relaxing!
