At first, the service seemed amazing — Nasreen and Dr. Shauib were helpful, explained the process clearly, and showed care during the procedure. I was even asked by the nurse to leave a positive review while still in the clinic, which I now see as a red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing. The treatment I received did absolutely nothing — if anything, my hair looked better before the treatment. I was promised guaranteed hair growth, but after nearly a year of using their recommended (and expensive) hair tonic, there have been no results. In fact, my hair is falling out more. What’s worse is that I was recently charged £214 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. I’ve tried contacting the clinic multiple times to resolve this, but they keep saying I’ll get a call back — and no one ever does. I’ve had to cancel my card to stop the repeated charges. Very poor aftercare and misleading claims. I now feel I’ve wasted both time and money. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

They make you write a review straight after the procedure, so be aware most reviews are about the ‘service’ on the day, not the results which are most important. I’m nearly 9 months in and the results are not what I expected so far, the density is not as good as most peoples’ at this stage and it is patchy in parts. I’ll update this review if the growth improves over the next year.

Our experience at this clinic for Sapphire FUE was excellent. The staff are very nice and welcoming from receptionist, admin team to all clinical team also. You have an initial whatsapp video call assessment with the surgeon in our case Dr Allosert. He was absolutely incredible from the suggestion of treatment to the day of surgery till the after care currently. Their prices are very competitive and they offer you excellent packages taking into consideration the results you want to achieve. The surgery day went smoothly with high levels of care, very clean and hygienic clinic to caring staff. I cannot recommend them enough. Even after the transplant they are available and keep in touch 24/7 via Whatsapp. I cannot fault their service whatsoever. Happy to have had my hair transplanted here. Highly recommend.
