I had a great experience with Dr. Mwamba. Him and his staff were very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions even those I had during the procedure. He doesn’t rush, but instead takes his time which I believe contributes to the overall viability of your grafts.

Don't buy any topicals from FUECLINIC or anagenica. IT took six weeks for them to finally send out my order. You'll get a lot of run around and excuses, and poor customer service. This clinic should be embarrassed.

Après les avoir contacter, sa secrétaire (femme?) me demande si je souhaite venir en personne pour une consultation (100€!!!) ou la faire en ligne via des photos que j'envoie (gratuite) j'ai bien évidemment choisi la gratuité. Depuis, aucune réponse... Bizarrement quand je les ai recontacté en disant cette fois-ci vouloir prendre la consultation de 100€, madame a d'un coup retrouver sa motivation à me répondre et n'hésite pas à me rappeler à chacune de ses réponses que le coût de la consultation sera de 100€, on me demande carrément de payer cette somme à l'avance ?! Alors qu'une consultation se paie toujours après ou avant le rdv le JOUR MÊME. Bref, ça sent la malhonnêté et plus une recherche d'argent plutôt que de bien s'occuper des clients.
