Sometimes you simply let the review speak for itself... I called Josh to work this out with him and thought he was going to remove this rather juvenile complaint even though all he said was simply not true. He tried to trick us into cutting a hair system he ordered on line and calling it just a hair trim for $32.00. My consultant Tammy nicely explained to him that not only would we need more time than what was booked but there would be a higher price involved for the actual service he was wanting. We nor any of my competitors would do what he wanted for the price he was trying to get. As the owner of NHC, I tried to meet Josh halfway and offered to tweek his new system (he says he ended up cutting it himself) if needed if he would take this rather unfair review away. Getting a bad review no matter how baseless in our line of business is harmful because most people that have hair systems want to keep it very private and simply do not leave reviews unless of course they really are treated badly. We were not rude in any way but Josh simply did not get what he wanted so he decided leaving a nasty, bullying, body shaming review would be his way of getting even. Those who read his review and this reply, judge for yourself but please don't make your decision to try us for any of your hair loss issues based on a guy who orders his hair online and is himself not a very nice person.
