No recomiendo para nada venir a este sitio. Mi madre estuvo yendo durante muchos años como clienta habitual, pero hace un par de años decidió irse. La cosa es que había pagado cosas por adelantado y había dinero que le debían ya que no lo había usado en servicios. Sin embargo, por política de la empresa, ese dinero solo te lo pueden devolver en productos de la clínica. Resulta que de las últimas veces que llamó, para ver cuándo podía ir a recoger productos, le dijeron que eso ya había caducado. No le habían llamado ni siquiera antes de eso para informar de que esa “oferta” iba a caducar, cuando básicamente es su dinero. Después de tantos años con vosotros, pudiendo acabar en buenos términos, hacéis esto por 4 duros. Sois unos miserables.
