After 3 years I can finally say my HT was a disappointment. I saw the work from Dr.Ryan Welter and it convinced me to go there. Ultimately he wasn’t the one who did it, it was Jason Sorgi. I was happy how he attended me and I appreciated that but overall for the $7000 I paid I could have gone elsewhere for half the price and had the same or better result. I started finasteride the day of the procedure and since then this has been my results. My grafts are very spaced out.

My experience so far has been fantastic. (Short story that covers the high points) Mike K - Consultant - Personable, well experienced in the field as reflected in his resume. Also a person that has first hand experience, as he had also gone through a similar process years ago. Extremely responsive pre & post op. Could not be a better first contact representative. He walked me through his presentation of the business value proposition. I having many comparisons questions between businesses locally and further away like Miami, NYC, and Turkey. He was able to cover the topics to explain the differentiation prior to my questions, well before I was ready to ask. Mike explained the experience of Dr. Welter, his character, performance level when compared to benchmarks and technical discriminators. As a critical person, I was focused more towards the benchmark statistical comparisons and in particularly the method for the procedure. An extraction tool they use is 35-40% smaller than all other competitors, as it is one of many of their proprietary methods. In my opinion, supported with their data, it was obvious that the healing process is significantly faster with less potential for scarring. I met Dr. Welter for a few moments at this point. He was positive, energized and what I would expect of a person with his resume. Pure Excellence. Procedure day - I was a bit nervous to actually follow through and debated whether or not to follow through. My 'why' was different than the typical reasons people move forward with the procedure. I arrived late from NH by 30 minutes. MA traffic in the morning is a challenge. I was received by fantastic staff. The PA Cassandra was sharp and great conversationalist. She knows what she is doing. She was confident and meticulous. Danaery was the lead tech, fast and accurate with her work. Erika, one of the techs was quiet but very focused to her work and speed. She was a warm presence in the room. Sophia was a lively tech and had great stories to tell about her recent travels and made sure that the logistics in the room ran smoothly. Last, Dr. Welter, a great professional that led the room as a successful quarterback leads a successful offense. His conversations were relevant to topics of the day. Any sign of discomfort was immediately taken care of by him and the team. By the middle of the procedure i felt nothing of the procedure. (Conversation is needed, it is a long day) The bedside manor of the team was great. I could not leave a stronger recommendation at this point. They are all genuine and kind people. Post Op - Results - Swelling and some soreness for a few days but the restoration of density is evident. Several follow ups are scheduled for further review of the results. However, it seems like we are off to a fantastic start. Thank you team for a great day!

From the very first contact with Mike until the postop of my son‘s second procedure, we cannot say enough good things about Dr. Welter and the entire staff at New England Hair Restoration. Having lost a significant amount of hair before the age of 20, we were seeking the best treatment for my son and we found it! Coming from the NY area, we did our initial consults on line and our sons first procedure was done in August of 2024 (3500 grafts) He returned to Boston for an additional 2,000 grafts in December of 2024…each procedure went smoothly and painlessly.. everyone went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and relaxed…recovery and post op care was easy. Besides the physical transplants, Dr Welter took lots of time explaining needs for certain meds , PRP treatments and laser cap that would be best for my son. We had total faith in him and our goal was met .. “full head of hair by college graduation!” we can’t thank everyone at NE Hair enough and would highly recommend them!

As I had contemplated potentially getting a hair transplant, I had done thorough research for many clinics in the New England area. When I arrived at NE Hair I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness from staff as well as my initial consolation with Mike. He was very knowledgeable regarding possible hair loss solutions and took the time to address all the concerns I had. After meeting Dr. Welter, I knew that this was the best decision for myself. I am currently two weeks post 2500 graft transplant and I feel great. My recipient site is fully healed and you would never know where my donor site was. Dr. Welter was patient, communicative, and supportive both during and after the procedure. I also have to include the three techs that had assisted during the procedure as well as they were just as professional and friendly. I’m excited to see my results down the road and feel confident that I made the right choice. If you are considering getting a hair transplant, you need to at least have a consultation here. Do yourself the favor because for the price and experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
