Elena, Elena's husband and staff always make me feel like a king, from taking my coat and offering me a beverage to getting A great hair cut. Elena always does a wonderful job with my hair. she's been flexible and keeps her appointments. I've been going to New York Cosmetic Image for 20+ years. Elena is A genius hair stylist, Her husband is very nice and respectful. They are the warmest couple. Overall staff is great. she has Creativity, works good as a team. Her salon and including bathroom is very cleanliness and tidy. NYCI Is Very attentive to details and they know there stuff. I have been going to Elena for over 25 yrs that in it self should tell you what kind of person she is and also how she runs her business. I meet Elena in Valley Stream and have followed her to Lynbrook and now in Great Neck. She is not only the best hair stylist there is but i consider her a great friend. When i got sick on 2004 she was there for me and i will never forget the support she and her staff gave me. So people if your not happy about the way your looking and your feeling down, then RUN don't walk, ok you can also call her and George and make a appointment and let some sunshine into your life. I have been coming here every 6 weeks for a number of years. Elayna and George are the warmest most delightful couple you could ever meet. Elayna's skills as a hairdresser,colorist,wig maker and extension specialist are fantastic!! She is always consistent in her results!! You never have to wait for her..she honors her appointment times, always. I have been to many other shops and she surpasses them by far. The shop is immaculate,the private rooms are so comfortable and she accommodates any and all of your requests! They make a tedious chore absolutely enjoyable!! On some days Elayna and George have a helper Sandra who is just as delightful as they are. The whole experience is wonderful and I highly recommend this shop to everyone..men and women alike!!
