Bellissima esperienza che rifarei altre 1000 volte e super consigliata… Mi sembrava di essere in vacanza!!! Michele Russo persona competente, professionale, fantastica, divertente, disponibile, amico che ti fa sentire a proprio agio e si spacca in quattro giorno e notte per garantirti ottimi risultati. Ho fatto varie consulenze perché avevo deciso di farmi il trapianto e Michele è stato l’unico che mi ispirato fiducia e tranquillità grazie alla sua professionalità e garanzia di successo. Ti segue passo passo lungo tutto il percorso, nel pre, durante e post trapianto e vi posso assicurare che non vi molla un secondo fin quando non vi vede convinti e soddisfatti!! Voglio ringraziare anche Luisa altra persona professionale e competente che vi guiderà nel post trapianto con i lavaggi fino al giorno della rimozione delle croste, operazione delicatissima e complessa. Esperienza Eccezionale !! Michele si è dimostrato essere un vero professionista in tutto il processo. La sua guida, consulenza e accompagnamento fino alla clinica sono stati preziosi, mettendomi immediatamente a mio agio. Una volta tornati nel suo centro capelli NewStyle, Luisa si è presa cura dei lavaggi e di tutto il post operatorio con estrema competenza e bravura. Il servizio offerto è stato di altissimo livello, e la loro attenzione ai dettagli è evidente in ogni fase. Il viaggio con altri 4 pazienti è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Michele e Luisa hanno creato aggregazione in qualcosa che, purtroppo, in italia, non è ancora cosi scontata, soprattutto al sud. Avere la possibilità di viaggiare con un accompagnatore che conosce il posto e i dottori, ti tranquillizza. Immagina trovarti in un paese da solo ed essere inondato di notizie su qualcosa che puo spaventarti all'inizio. Ora immaginalo con altri ragazzi nella tua stessa situazione e con un accompagnatore che mette a proprio agio tutti. La presenza di Michele è oro. Grazie <3

Voglio ringraziare con tutto il cuore Michele e Luisa per tutta la loro professionalità mostrata durante il percorso che mi ha portato al trapianto di capelli e successivo. Partivo da una situazione disperata (fronte e vertex scoperti), ma Michele mi ha sempre incitato a prendere in considerazione il trapianto dicendomi che mi avrebbe ridato 10 anni di vita (dal punto di vista dell'immagine ovviamente). Inizialmente timoroso, ho preso coraggio e ho deciso di affrontare il trapianto. Ho potuto assaporare la passione e professionalità già da prima della partenza con la consulenza e l'attenzione verso tutti gli aspetti; il viaggio è sembrato una piccola vacanza tra amici (sicuramente grazie alla compagnia anche). Il giorno del trapianto ero molto teso; Michele vicino a me a tranquillizzarmi e a seguire passo passo tutto l'intervento, definendo con la dottoressa anche come doveva posizionare i bulbi ("curo io l'immagine del cliente e so come deve venire"). L'intervento è andato bene e da lì è iniziato il post trapianto, dove a Michele si è affiancata Luisa, per i lavaggi quotidiani. La cura e la delicatezza con cui trattava la nostra cute, rendeva quel momento un appuntamento tanto atteso per tutto il giorno. E infine ieri, con la rimozione delle crosticine, dove Luisa con tanta pazienza ha ridato luce alla nostra immagine. Vi voglio ringraziare con tutto il cuore perché dopo 20 anni ho potuto riscoprire il mio sorriso. Grazie.

The surgery went well and from there the post-transplant period began, where Michele was joined by Luisa for daily washing. The care and delicacy with which he treated our skin made that moment a long-awaited appointment for the whole day. And finally yesterday, with the removal of the scabs, where Luisa with so much patience brought light back to our image. I want to thank you with all my heart because after 20 years I was able to rediscover my smile. Thank you.
