My 1 PM appointment on October 29, 2024, was canceled due to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The process was incredibly frustrating, and I believe the company should compensate for the time wasted during this ordeal. Strong customer support is essential, and sadly, this experience didn’t meet those standards. Please avoid this place.

Our team promptly reached out three hours before your appointment to inform you and ensure that we could still accommodate you at our secondary location with multiple spa beds. Additionally, a refund was offered, but it appears there may have been an abrupt disconnect of the call.
