My friend's and my experience with Now Hair Time in Turkey, in 2021, was absolutely exceptional, exceeding all expectations. From the moment of our arrival, the service and attention to detail were impeccable. We were met at the airport by a driver in an extremely comfortable car, who took us directly to a 5-star hotel. This included all the amenities we could wish for: breakfast, dinner, a gym, and a spa, ensuring a relaxing and luxurious stay before and after the procedure. On the second day, we were taken to the clinic for the initial consultation. The process of hair design and the counting of follicles to be transplanted were done with great professionalism and clarity, answering all our questions. The surgery itself was surprisingly smooth. Performed under local anesthesia, I remained conscious throughout the procedure, which lasted about four hours. The team was attentive and ensured my comfort at all times. After the surgery, we were taken back to the hotel, and the clinic team provided us with detailed instructions on post-operative care, as well as giving us all the necessary medications. On the second day after the procedure, we returned to the clinic for the first wash, a crucial moment for the success of the transplant. We had the opportunity to speak with the doctor again, which gave us even more confidence in the process. Overall, the service, the care, and most importantly, the result of the hair surgery were excellent. The Now Hair Time team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care at every stage, turning what could have been a stressful experience into something very positive and rewarding. Very good service from first contact until well after the surgery with follow up checkups. They were very up front about pricing, payment and procedure, with no hidden fees which was one of my main concerns going to another country. I was very afraid to do this surgery as I dont enjoy anything with needles or hospital visits. Their staff and doctors were very professional and about as reassuring as you can be. Not gonna lie, the procedure is painful and uncomfortable, but i am happy with the result. I recommend this company.

The procedure and recovery itself was not a walk in the park, so prepare for that, but I would do it again 100 times over specifically with these folks. They were so attentive that I felt very well taken care of. I can imagine going to a clinic that does not provide this level of care would be scary
