Kliniku som navštívila 30.4,no až teraz som sa dokopala k napísaniu recenzie. Chcela som ísť na konzultáciu ohľadom ošetrenia jaziev pomocou frakčného laseru a zároveň sa aj objednať nabudúce na vyšetrenie.Stránku mali peknú,priehľadnú,ponúkali veľa služieb tak hovorím si že super.Mali tam aj fotky pred a po zákroku tiež ošetrovania jaziev a vážnejších prípadov ako som mala ja tak som si myslela že to pre nich nebude žiadny problém. Objednala som sa,prišla som…pani doktorka ma neochotne privítala so slovami: A vy ste prišli prečo? Následne teda zhodnotila že tie jazvy mám veľmi hlboké,že budem potrebovať viac vyšetrení,cca 3x drakuloterapiu na pripravenie kože následne na laser tiež viackrát.Tiež ma začala predviedčať o tom že mám na tvári ekzém pretože som mala začervenanú pleť,hovorila som že som deň predtým bola na slnku asi 20 minút dokopy samozrejme natretá aj všetko ako treba,ale teda pani doktorka zhodnotila že to je ekzém len ja o tom neviem🤷♀️Na stránke mali cenu za vyšetrenie laserom od 300€,pani doktorka mi povedala že vyšetrenie začína na sume 600€😃jedno vyšetrenie drakuloterapie 290€. Vtedy som sa rozhodla že tu sa na vyšetrenie rozhodne neobjednám.Celé sedenie bolo nepríjemné,komunikácia pani doktorky neprofesionálna a miestami som sa tam začínala cítiť ako psychiatrický pacient. Na iných klinikách som bola zvyknutá vždy na profesionálny ľudský prístup,aj keď sa tam neposkytovali ošetrenia v takom rozsahu a za také ceny ako na tejto klinike:).Potom pani doktorka povedala dovidenia otvorila dvere a odišla,žiadne vyprevadenie alebo niečo také tak som tam chvílu zmätene stála až som teda usúdila že konzultácia skončila.Išla som zaplatiť na recepciu a omylom som dala pani recepčnej o 50€ viac a keď som si to za minútu uvedomila tak recepčná si nebola istá či to tak naozaj bolo a musela si prerátať kasu aby sa uistila.Hovoriť že o ďalší termín nemám záujem nebolo treba,lebo nikto sa nepýtal.Na stránke mali cenu konzultácie 60€ ale platila som 75€,vraj nejaký registračný poplatok.Tých 15€ som žiadala aby mi vrátili,keďže o tom som nebola dopredu oboznámená,samozrejme vrátené neboli. Boli to zbytočne vyhodené peniaze a čas,akurát mi to pokazilo náladu po zvyšok dňa. Ak hľadáte estetickú kliniku neďaleko sú podobné a oveľa kvalitnejšie,jednu som našla a tam som bola veľmi spokojná,povedali že drakuloterapia je pre mňa absolútne zbytočná,dohodli sme sa na vyšetrení a vyšlo ma na 150€,namiesto 600🙂.
Translated: I visited the clinic on April 30th, but I only just got around to writing a review. I wanted to go for a consultation regarding scar treatment using a fractional laser and also book an appointment for the next examination. Their website was nice, transparent, they offered a lot of services, so I think it's great. They also had photos before and after the procedure, as well as scar treatment and more serious cases than mine, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem for them. I made an appointment, I came... the doctor reluctantly welcomed me with the words: And why did you come? She then assessed that my scars were very deep, that I would need more examinations, about 3x draculotherapy to prepare the skin, and then several times for the laser. She also started to tell me that I had eczema on my face because my skin was red. I said that the day before I had been in the sun for about 20 minutes, of course I had applied sunscreen and everything was right, but the doctor assessed that it was eczema, I just didn't know about it🤷♀️On the website they had prices for laser examinations starting at €300, the doctor told me that examinations start at €600😃one draculotherapy examination €290. That's when I decided that I would definitely not book an examination here. The whole session was unpleasant, the doctor's communication was unprofessional and at times I started to feel like a psychiatric patient. At other clinics I was always used to a professional human approach, even though they did not provide treatments to the same extent and for such prices as at this clinic :). Then the doctor said goodbye, opened the door and left, no farewell or anything like that, so I stood there confused for a while until I decided that the consultation was over. I went to pay at the reception and accidentally gave the receptionist 50€ more and when I realized it a minute later, the receptionist was not sure if that was really the case and had to count the cash register to make sure. There was no need to say that I was not interested in another appointment, because no one asked. On the website the price of the consultation was 60€ but I paid 75€, supposedly some kind of registration fee. I asked for the 15€ to be returned to me, since I was not informed about it in advance, of course they were not returned. It was a waste of money and time, it just ruined my mood for the rest of the day. If you are looking for an aesthetic clinic nearby, there are similar ones and much better quality, I found one and I was very satisfied there, they said that draculotherapy was absolutely useless for me, we agreed on an examination and it cost me 150€, instead of 600🙂.

Bola som objednana na 9:30 na kontrolu 1 znamienka fotofinderom. Do ambulancie ma vzali 10:05, po 35 min cakania. Praca p. Doktorky bola velmi profesionalna, priestory su krasne a dobre vybavene. Nepacil sa mi pristup pani na recepcii ku mne ako zakaznikovi a celkova prioritizacia zakaznikov, ktori prisli na drahsi esteticky zakrok. O 9:45 som sa informovala, kedy ma vezmu do ambulancie. Od pani na recepcii som sa dozvedela, ze pani doktorka este riesi predoslu pacientku, ktorej robia iny zakrok nez bol planovany a trva to dlhsie, a ze mam chvilku pockat. Vzali ma o dalsich 20 min na to. Na sukromnej klinike tejto urovne by som cakala, ze ma proaktivne budu informovat a aspon sa ospravedlnia za meskanie. Nakolko moje vysetrenie netrvalo viac ako 10-15 min a mala som zaplateny termin o 9:30.

The work of Mr. The doctor was very professional, the premises are beautiful and well equipped. I did not like the approach of the lady at the reception to me as a customer and the overall prioritization of customers who came for a more expensive aesthetic procedure. At 9:45, I asked when I would be taken to the ambulance. I learned from the lady at the reception that the doctor is still dealing with a previous patient who is having a different procedure than planned and it is taking longer, and that I have to wait a while. They took me in another 20 minutes for it. At a private clinic of this level, I would expect them to proactively inform me and at least apologize for the delay. As for my examination, it didn't last more than 10-15 minutes and I had a paid appointment at 9:30.

Moja partnerka tam chodí často a nevie si to vynachváliť. Ja ako muž.. rozumejte , som tam bol riešiť "iba znamienko " ... a bol som veľmi spokoný. Rozmiem jej.. vždy hovorí, že by všetky ženy mali chodiť tam, kde májdu absolútnych prosfesionáloch v tejto oblasti. Vlastne .. kto by chce iných ?? Nemusíte ďalej pátrať

Absolvovala som inovatívne ošetrenie Endolift. Musím pochváliť profesionálny a ľudský prístup pani doktorky Diany a taktiež milej sestričky Ivany. Pred zákrokom mi bolo všetko dopodrobna vysvetlené, zákrok prebehol bez komplikácií, taktiež v lekárskej správe sú všetky dôležité informácie a odporúčania. Pani doktorka Diana je naozaj veľká odborníčka s citlivým prístupom. Už si len počkať na výsledok na ktorý sa teším. Po zahojení sa určite vrátim aj na iné prirodzené skrašlovacie procedúry 🙂 Ďakujem veľmi pekne!
