The pharmacy claims they sent me 2 vials of testosterone. They actually sent me one. They are investigating the issue; this means the pharmacy will wait until I am due to receive a second set of testosterone vials and I will not take any injections during the 2-month period. I am not happy with this solution.
Testosterone is a controlled substance and the pharmacy is regulated by the DEA, board of pharmacy and FDA. They they have picture evidence for everything they manufacture and send out. Our medical office and the pharmacy are not connected and we are nit able to force them to send more controlled substances just on an individuals say. This is also why we suggest testosterone replacement via pellets to help elemeinate any issues for patients.
