What an awesome team Dr. Buati has! I've been a patient for 7 years or so for a whole plethora of maladies, and some cosmetic treatments. The level of care, empathy and professionalism ( and being on top of technology/ care) is absolutely remarkable . Recently I've been seeing one of his care team members PA Julia Z. And she is absolutely terrific. I'm kind of a " hard" case, but she will literally help and share the " whys" and write out specifically what I'm to do daily on a day and night routine for the benefit of my health. What a fantastic team ! Dr. Buati cares and his team, no matter what I'm there for, do thee best ! I would recommend Oakland Hills for ALL of your skin care needs. Thanks ❤️ so much to Julia and every team member I've encountered including the reception staff. 😀 Thanks Dr. Buatti for running a great establishment. Also, recently I've seen Autumn....what a caring and empathetic professional! If you are seeking skin issues or just want to become the best version of " you" schedule asap!! You will not be disappointed!! UPDATE: Recently had apmts here and as ALWAYS very compassionate and who can ask for more!! From reception to staff ( recently saw Autumn And Julia) and such a relief I felt !! And of course the assistants who help a lot!! Kudos to Dr. Buatti and his exceptional staff!!! 5/23/25 now follow up 7/3/25 This whole team is pretty consistent and awesome! I met Emily , who explained everything properly as to how to use my medication. She was also awesome !! I really am grateful 🙏 Anyone looking for derm or non medication treatments, should most definitely use Dr. Buatti's team!!!

very unprofessional staff. They cancelled my appointment I drove almost 30 miles for when the Dr decided to go to a conference instead of keeping his appointments, inSISted that they called and left a message on a specified date - my phone logs everything and is never erased - they NEVER called. Ridiculous way to conduct business and I am done with them.
We are sorry the Doctor had to attend a last minute medical conference. We did email, call and text you to remind you of the last minute change. We can try sending a stork next time.

Dr. Buatti is an excellent dermatologist, and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! The practice’s online portal makes it extremely easy to request refills on medication, get lab results, and make appointments.
