Dear Ursula! We’re very sorry to read your review. However, we respectfully disagree with your statement. According to our records: You first contacted us on July 1st at 1:07 PM, and my assistant, Anna, immediately replied to your inquiry at 1:16 PM via SMS with both the appointment confirmation and our clinic address. On July 3rd (Wednesday), although we were closed, we still responded to your voicemail and resent the clinic address via text at 10:47 AM. On July 4th (Thursday), you received another SMS reminder confirming your appointment. Our booking software is also set to automatically send appointment confirmation and remainders: first email with the appointment confirmation at the booking, then at least 3 email reminders (72h, 48h, and 8h before the appointment), and 2 additional SMS reminders. We pride ourselves on staying responsive and professional. If there was any confusion or delay, we truly apologize — but our communication log shows consistent follow-up on our end. We’d love to clarify or help resolve any concerns.
