A million steps just to create an account. Finally made an appointment. Then had my appointment canceled for not “confirming” via phone call.
Sir, booking a consultation appointment with us does not require a million steps! You can book by phone, text, email or simply through our Vagaro link via website. Most importantly, we attempted contacting you for the past 3 days by email, phone, left you voicemail and text messages for you to either confirm / cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment with us with zero response back from you! You were advised that no confirmation of appointment results in an automatic cancellation, yet you still chose not to respond. We set aside an entire hour for consultations and with no confirmation you are wasting our valuable time that could have been given to someone else. Glad you found the time to leave a local small business a one star review but was too busy to show some courtesy by responding and confirming a consultation!!!
