When I returned to have my hair piece fitted and styled, Rebecca was my stylist and she was extremely helpful, talented and really listened to me about what I wanted my hair to look like. I can't rave enough about the quality of service at P K Walsh. After loving the first hairpiece, and getting loads of compliments, I decided to order another to have as a backup. What came in was not exactly the same, it was shorter, straighter, smaller, etc. So I came back to discuss this with Nicky, and without hesitation she ordered me another one! No fuss, no extra charges, nothing but excellent service. The replacement is perfect. If you are looking for a wig, just make an appointment with Nicky and you will be happy!

When you finally decide to go to PK Walsh it’s such a personal decision. You’re looking for someone to help you and understand what you are feeling about your hair loss. My first appointment was wonderful and I left feeling hopeful even though Nikki said it might take a little while to find something that could be matched with my gray curly hair. Within one week I got a message to come in, which I did but unfortunately the topper didn’t work but I still left feeling hopeful. Well, that was February 2024 and it is now October 2024 and I never heard back from them. Even after sending a couple of emails. So VERY disappointed in their customer service. You are in a niche market PK Walsh and you should do better for the people who come to you for help!

My girlfriend had a very bad experience at PK Walsh. She had bought a wig from them a while back and then went to have it serviced as she felt like it wasn't tight enough on her head. It all went downhill from there. She came back in tears as 2 hours and $175 later she said the wig didn't fit her head at all and she couldn't wear it. I have never seen her so upset. She made another appointment to have it fixed and she had to wait 2 weeks for it. When she got there the manager John told her that she made a mistake and was not on the books. He was being a bully and would not take any responsibility and basically made her feel that it's her problem. She left in tears again and is now looking for another place as she is never going back to PK Walsh again. I urge anyone looking for a wig place to NOT go to this place as they are terrible at servicing their clients.

This place is terrible and I don't know how they stay in business. I paid thousands of dollars for two wigs and once you buy them you're on your own. They don't know how to service them, they don't know how to make them fit on your head, they can't match the color of your own hair and they have no respect for your time. They are open only 4 days a week and don't have enough staff to service their clientele. You make an appointment and they forget to put it in their calendar and when you show up they tell you that they are full and you made the mistake. Absolutely don't go to this place, don't waste your money as you will be sorry. I know that I am and I am looking for a better place to service my needs.
