I’d like to share my thoughts on the process of my recent hair transplant at Panorama Clinic. It’s still too early to judge the final results — I’ll come back with an update in about a year, but so far, the entire experience has been nothing short of excellent. Communication was top-notch. Special thanks to Carmela, the assistant, who was always responsive and clear. I was also provided with a translator who stayed with me throughout the entire trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free. During the procedure, I was even offered a dinner of my choice during the break, which was a thoughtful touch. The operation lasted about 10 hours for approximately 5,050 grafts, handled with great care and professionalism. Each day, I had VIP transportation in a luxury Mercedes, making the entire process even more comfortable. On-site, I had clear and direct communication with Dr. Mustafa, who explained every step and answered all my questions. Accommodation was excellent as well: a 5-star hotel with a high-quality breakfast buffet included each morning — a perfect way to start the day. One thing I really appreciated about Panorama was that they never asked for a deposit and didn’t use pressure tactics like many other clinics (e.g. “Prices will go up by the end of the month”). Their approach felt honest and transparent from the start. After the operation, I received all aftercare instructions both in video and written formats, and the team answered dozens of my questions with enthusiasm from day one. Overall, a professional, human-centered, and well-organized experience. I highly recommend Panorama to anyone considering a hair transplant abroad. I’ll be back with an update on the results in one year!
