From the moment I stepped in I was treated like family. The made sure during the whole process I was well cared for and comfortable. The whole process of my eyebrow and hairline implant was painless. I had my hair transplant done at Perfect Hair Restoration Clinic in Cancun, Mexico on June 5th, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Like others, I was considering going to Turkey, but I'm glad I found a closer, exceptional option! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. They explained everything in detail before, during, and after the procedure, and I felt supported every step of the way. The customer service was truly top-notch! Take a moment to read this. I've officially had two hair transplants, one in the US and one with perfect hair. My first procedure was in the US with the ARDAS robot and it was very expensive and I didn't get the hairline I wanted and they wouldn't do the crown. 2 years later, I had enough of not liking what I was seeing in the mirror for the money spent. Thats when I found Dr. Scarlett / Perfect hair. I was nervous at first, considering it was in a different country, but I'll tell you first hand. The process was easy, painless and most of all SAFE! They even provide you a personal liaison to walk with you through the whole process! I wish I would have had more time to spend on Cancun. Thank you Dr. Scarlett, Robyn and the team! Remarkable job! A+ SERVICE Photos: The photos include a portion of the process leading to my transplant that was completed by Dr. Scarlett. The rear of my head shows what the donor area looked like immediately following the procedure and then another photo of the same area just 10 days later. Review: I am only 10 days into my recovery and you can expect over a year to see the full results from this transplant procedure. I will update with full before and after photos then. With that said, the entire staff of Perfect Hair in Cancun was wonderful to work with. The support and explanations I received from Robyn (perfect English speaker) helped me understand the process and feel very comfortable with their office and with Dr. Scarlett. The procedure went just as planned and took around 7.5 hours in total. We took a break halfway through the procedure for the lunch of my choice (pizza of course) and gave me a moment to prepare for the implant process. Overall I am very excited to see the hair as it begins to come in, but patience is key here. Upon the request of the doctor I also purchased Minoduta pills (Minoxidil & Dutasteride blend) to save my remaining thinning hairs and start to fill out the hair I still have. I am engaged to the girl of my dreams and excited to see the full results of everything in time for my wedding. I will update with more photos and a future review as I get more progress. I want to thank Robyn and the team for their ongoing support via WhatsApp now that I am back in NYC. For the price and support you receive I strongly suggest Perfect Hair.
