I have been going to Linda at Pony Express for over a year now for my hair extensions. She listened to my desires and recommended hair extensions - the right length, type, color and placement that works beautifully with my natural hair. She provided real hair extensions that matched my hair exactly - very shiny and high quality. She taught me how to care for them and I have had the same extensions for a year - just going in to have them adjusted as my hair grows. They are just as beautiful as the first day. It looks very natural and makes such a huge difference! I have long, very fine hair and the 20" extensions really provide much needed volume. If you want extensions that are high quality and want to have them done right, Pony Express is the place to go! (Note, I can wear my hair up, down, in braids, ponytail - all looks good. I can run or work out, wear hats, etc. It is truly like having more natural hair. Linda has so much experience that she ensures the extensions are right for you. And every adjustment is just as straight and perfect as the original. Well worth it!)

I’ve been going to Linda for my hair extensions for years and she always matches my color perfectly! Amazing service! She always takes the time to find the perfect match for my hair color and always gets my approval before putting my extensions in! I Love my extensions! She is flexible with my schedule and the hair is just amazing quality which is hard to find. She really takes care of her clients and always has me looking fabulous! She protects your natural hair & doesn’t use anything that would be damaging to your existing hair and the extensions are the BEST I have ever found and they last me well over a year. She is a wonderful person and I would never go anywhere else!

I have been going to Linda for my hair extensions for decades…ever since she had her hair studio on Ventura Blvd. in Studio City (across from Universal Studios). Most of her clients were musicians and I met her through my boyfriend. Fortunately, now, I travel for work and can still get my extensions done from Linda in Albuquerque, NM (even though my base is in Los Angeles). Linda always protects your own natural hair & won’t use any system that would be damaging to your existing hair. Since I travel for work and could have my hair extensions done anywhere, I am loyal to Linda, as the hair quality of her “Extension Hair” is the BEST I have ever found AND my extensions will last me well over a year! I will always not only go to Linda for my extensions because of the excellent quality of the hair and techniques she uses AND the wonderful person she is but also I like the fact that she is active in her local Shelter dog rescue! Linda especially tries to help the dogs on the “kill” lists. I am a dog lover too and have donated a few times to help the dogs she is trying to save. Knowing that Linda donates regularly (both time and money) to the shelter dog rescues, is another reason I enjoy spending my money at PonyExpress Custom Hair. Heck, I even go all the way to Albuquerque!  And just for fun…ask Linda to see her “Hair Band portfolio” as some of her “back in the day” L.A. work has got some BIG NAME bands in there!
