I have to say they are awesome people and know what they are doing. They explain everything upfront so there are no surprises. Their pricing reflects their product and services. The saying goes you get what you pay for, it applies to hair systems just like everything else. If you want something that fits great and looks natural then they are the people for you. If you want cheap then go else where. Positive Hair gives you a custom system that is made just for you so you will have positives results. Keep the good work up ladies.

I purchase my own system due to time and costs. The system get is the same or better quality than the clubs. PHR wanted $250.00 to thin out system and another $75 to cut my own and fuse to head. Less than 30 minutes work because the system is already precut. Ridiculous.... I have to go back to Dallas to get cut and serviced for $140.

You have been to our studio twice and both times you stated that you have been happy with our services, we were not aware of any issues since your last visit almost a year ago. We notify all customers of our prices for the type of services they are requesting, that way they are aware of the pricing prior to scheduling an appointment. Our prices have remained the same since your first visit 2 years ago. I can understand your frustration but these prices reflects the quality of our products and our services.

I came to Positive Hair to see what they could do for me. They custom made a piece for me that is so natural looking, no one knows I wear a hairpiece.
