Mi chiamo Martina, ho 25 anni e vivo a Firenze. Fin da piccolissima ho sofferto di alopecia,ma la situazione si è aggravata drasticamente dal 2019. Perdevo i capelli ogni giorno di più ,guardarmi allo specchio era diventata una tragedia…senza contare le innumerevoli cure e terapie che davano risultati pessimi. Un giorno una mia conoscente mi racconta di un’amica che aveva scelto il sistema Refresh e aveva risolto il problema dei capelli…così un po’ titubante contatto Valentino e nel giro di poco tempo riesco ad incontrarlo nel centro rinfoltimento di Roma. Devo dire che mi sono trovata subito bene e ho vissuto questa esperienza con tranquillità e sicurezza. Se oggi ho di nuovo i miei capelli è grazie a loro: con il loro sistema ho permesso ai capelli di respirare e riprendere la loro crescita naturale, così ho riacquisito autostima e piano piano sono tornata ad essere quella di qualche anno fa. Non smetterò mai di ringraziare Private and Friends, mi hanno ridato speranza quando ormai non ci credevo più.

Signora Valentina, prima di tutto sarebbe giusto specificare che lei non è una nostra cliente, non ha utilizzato mai un nostro sistema e sino a ieri non la conoscevamo , si trovava nel nostro centro come accompagnatrice. Come le abbiamo già spiegato per questioni igienico sanitarie e di privacy gli accompagnatori non sono assolutamente ammessi nelle nostre aree tecniche e nei box di lavoro. Nemmeno un comportamento sopra le righe o minatorio ci indurrebbe a cambiare queste policy aziendali che sono state stilate a tutela della nostra clientela.
