I went into Profiles for two Alma Ted treatments in the span of a months time. I could see new hair growth under the scope! Will be back for more!

If I could rate this establishment a zero, I absolutely would. My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer, and so we began looking around for places where she could purchase a wig, which is how we stumbled upon Profiles by Kristen. This was the first place we booked an appointment with, so we had nothing to compare our experience to. When we first sat down for the consult, the lady was very passive and not reassuring at all. Now my mother is having a hard time with the diagnosis, and so she still needs reassurance from others that things will be okay. Unfortunately, the lady we had the appointment with was not reassuring whatsoever. She only gave my mother 3 wigs to choose from, 2 of which being synthetic, and only one of which being my mother’s hair color. The wig that made my mother feel the most comfortable with was a barely shoulder length 100% human hair wig. She priced this wig at $3500 without tax. The “cheapest” wig she showed us was $700 (this wig being a synthetic wig that was shorter than a bob). I wasn’t aware of this when we left the place, but wigs are NOT this expensive. Not even close. Shoulder length human hair wigs are not more than $1000 at any reputable wig shop. So tell me why profiles by Kristen is charging $3500 for a shoulder length human hair wig? That is over 3x the price of what it should be. It’s sickening that she is price gouging cancer and alopecia patients. I don’t know how she sleeps at night.

I had a CNC Women's Replacement System placed 1/2023. It has been life changing in every way. More energy to do things, self esteem and happiness. It is so natural looking and comfortable. Wish I went to see them earlier. Jennifer is great! The staff is very caring,sensitive,informative and professional. I would highly recommend Kristin's to anyone. Don't wait!!

I actually came to be a client of Profiles by sheer luck. Having just been diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew I would be losing my hair to chemotherapy treatments. I thought of wearing a cold cap to help prevent hair loss but knew that would be quite difficult. I thought maybe I need to go to a professional who deals with hair loss. I’m from Cortland but managed to find Kristin’s. As luck would have it, Kristin was free and took the time to talk with me. She put my fears and worry at ease that day! The staff has been fabulous, so professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I had treatment throughout chemo and bought a beautiful wig. It is now four years later, and I’m still driving up here every five weeks. The staff really do care about their clients! The products they use are top quality. My mother also began losing some hair and she has had treatment and also is very satisfied. To say that this was Devine intervention for me is an understatement. Thank you all of Kristin’s staff. We love you!
