I was someone who had a lot of concerns about hair transplantation operation but PROFUE team made me feel at ease. The transplant itself was fairly painless and quick. The healing was probably the hardest due to the sleeping position the first couple of days. In the end, I am very satsfied with the result, would totally recommend. Thanks!

First I want to say staff are very nice and great with hospitality, I will say after receiving knowledge from an doctor here in the us they said my procedure should have been the same amount if implants throughout the whole area of procedure. If you pay attention they put less implants going towards the back which is why my procedure did not fix my problem. I have very thick hair so my problem is currently still the same in addition getting worse. From what I’ve been told they are probably not experienced with thick hair “something I have been told”. My 3 stars are for the hospitality and how nice they are.
Hello Cleveland, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the results. As I communicated to you earlier, there are a number of reasons for this: - there was a limited number of grafts that could be harvested and transplanted in your specific case. In these situations we try to build a dense hairline (so more grafts in front) and use the remaining supply of donor grafts to improve the density elsewhere. - you have lost more of your native, non-transplabted hairs post procedure, which decreases the density. In the photos you have sent us, it's clear that the transplanted grafts did regrow. We always try to leave our clients happy, which is why we offered to take you for another session free of charge to compensate for the decease in density, even though this is not usually covered by our guarantee. Unfortunately I have not heard back from you.
