As someone who used to work here: THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE OR PRIMARY CARE IN IRVING! DO NOT GO THERE! I can't even: This clinic cares about nothing but getting your insurance info so they can submit a claim (incorrect or otherwise - such as double billing or billing a more expensive charge) to your insurance company. This clinic is terrible. I not only don't recommend it, but I highly recommend you going ANYWHERE else. *added note : The day I left this review 3 "new" 5 star reviews came out. These are FAKE. The manager there finds family members to try and push down the real reviews of this place.

I can’t thank the team of Rapid City enough for the outstanding care the provided to me. I went in and from the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The front desk staff was welcoming and the nurse was incredibly patient and gentle with me. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt reassured. It’s rare to find a healthcare team so compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend it.
