I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was with Seemi Siddique at Reflect Hair Restoration for my transplant. While I could have opted for a more affordable procedure in Pakistan or Turkey, I was mindful of the potential risks associated with overseas treatments. The service I received was truly A++. From the outset, the pre-procedure communication was excellent, with Seemi taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly. On the day of the procedure, the staff—particularly Jackie and Maya—were incredibly courteous. Jackie’s 18 years of experience made me feel extremely at ease, and I’m pleased to say there was no pain whatsoever during or after the procedure; I didn’t even need to take a simple Tylenol. The aftercare package was clearly explained, and I appreciate the follow-up call and ongoing communication, which I’m sure will continue to be just as supportive. I cannot recommend Reflect Hair Restoration highly enough. I look forward to sharing the results with my friends in 9 to 12 months!
