Aisha, Your entire review is a lie and you leave out what really happened. In fact you are accusing ReGrow of literally everything that you did that made the rest of the staff state they would never work if you are in the office. Gaslight all you want, it does not make it true. You are just angry that you wanted to get paid 4X what was agreed upon, and are now taking to Google Review, which is meant for customer reviews, not to air financial grievances, to negatively impact ReGrow and cause harm to our business. 1. You arrived late and you were offered a 2 day case, which you refused. You took the 1 day case and worked late, because you were late and oversold your abilities during the interview process. 2. You NEVER knew any of the ReGrow staff prior to coming this one time. How exactly did you talk to technicians that state we are a terrible place to work? Lie again. 3. You arrived with dirty, old equipment and our practitioner refused to allow you to use. It was you that was in fact unsafe. 4. When you arrived (late) you instantly demanded a significant pay increase or you would walk out on the patient. Holding a patient and ReGrow hostage is unethical and inexcusable. Everyone's primary responsibility is to the patient, except you felt your bank account was more important. 5. You then later sent an invoice with fictitious compensation fees and lie to management about what was agreed upon before you even arrived. 6. The entire staff on site that day stated YOU were demanding,, standoffish, rude and disrespectful. 7. we have great reviews except from you and a few FAKE reviews by people who were never patients of ReGrow. Competitors love to lie too. 8. Management had several communications with you, and acting in good faith with good will even agreed to meet you in the middle for compensation. You refused that too. You also refused to sign up with our direct deposit ACH provider as well.
