No começo maravilhoso! Gostei do resultado depois de ter deixado vários meses de economia na cabeça valeu a pena 3 mil reais!porém com o passar do tempo comecei a desanimar,a prótese começou a perder a tonalidade da cor e amarelar,com 2 meses de uso, lavei 3 vezes tomando todos os cuidados pois não ninguém tem dinheiro pra dar assim a toa ,não usava no sol,sempre aplicando protetor térmico e óleo hidratante conforme o recomendado... infelizmente não recomendo a prótese na cor loiro perdeu a cor muito fácil. Agora estou tentando tonalizar ela pra ver se consigo recuperar mas com baixa espectativa é triste mas infelizmente não foi um bom investimento

Now I'm trying to tone it to see if I can recover it, but with low expectations it's sad but unfortunately it wasn't a good investment.

A mudança é fantástica, eleva nossa autoestima, porém eu a menos de 60 dias tive está experiência e já nos primeiros 10 dias percebi um erro de corte dos cabelos da prótese, entrei em contato com o salão R.R enviei fotos e vídeos da prótese e até agora não deram uma solução do problema, tdo o que me responderam é que eu tinha que ir até são Paulo para eles confirmarem o que mandei por fotos e vídeos, não levaram em consideração que sou de Curitiba e a oito horas de viagem para ir mais oito horas para voltar para Curitiba, além de toda dispensa de viagem e dia sem poder trabalhar. Ainda tenho esperança de uma solução por conta do salão. Uma coisa aprendi, vamos dar preferência para profissionais perto do nosso domicílio residencial. Fui pela propaganda e parece que vou ficar com o prejuízo. "Retificando minha reclamação" Após contato com com Sr Alex e alguns esclarecimentos e fotos referente o problema da minha prótese capilar estamos resolvendo o problema, sendo isto resolvido a satisfação com o resultado é muito bom, já não consigo mais me ver como eu era antes, ou seja careca.
