I cannot recommend Jonesia enough! She is truly a master at her craft. From the moment I walk in, she makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Not only does she have a keen eye for what works best for your hair type and face shape, but she also takes time to listen to what you want. My hair has never looked or felt better! The color she achieved was absolutely gorgeous - vibrant, dimensional, and exactly what I envisioned. Plus, she genuinely cares about the health of your hair, using quality products, and giving helpful advice to maintain it between visits. If you're looking for someone who's talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about hair care and color, Jonesia is the one to see. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

After having some awesome sisters cut my hair for many, many years before I moved from Sugar Land to the Washington DC area for a few years, someone referred this chic to me since we decided to move back to the island. I booked her on some app and never thought twice. Man, this chic's whole face was all twisted up when she saw me come in the door and since I actually give government polygraphs, I could literally feel the racism built up in her chest and her whole demeanor was garbage like she was going to "run somebody"because she didn't want to be bothered. All I needed was a pixie haircut and some fade work and she acted like she needed to map out a whole itinerary, standing around yapping, but not knowing I had booked thru an app for an appt and arrived on time. She could keep that little $20 to save myself the trouble. So, I went back to the Galleria to get my $150 haircuts and my $400 colors the next day. No biggie, just told her reference how her attitude wasn't going to work on a professional level. I deal with enough knuckleheaded employees to nip that in the bud. Her reference was highly embarrassed and Im sure she will attack me in the replies since she's super tacky in her replies to others on here, but Ive never had that bad of a vibe in any salon before. Ain't no way she was touching my head. She had me messed up with who she plays with.

I had the first appointment and was there waiting outside.She pulled up and didn’t even say good morning. She was rude and the service was not great at all.
