Lorena provided a very professional and high quality service to me. She is very welcoming and puts you at ease straight from the beginning of session one. Her knowledge of the SMP process is of a very high standard. Prior to, during and post the SMP process Lorena answered any questions I had and also checked in with me to make sure the recovery after each session was going ok. In session one Lorena explained what each session was going to look like, how long it would take and what I needed to do post each session.
