My initial consultation with Mike was beyond reproach with excellent curiosity, investigative mind about the SMP procedure along with an amazing ability to connect with a potential customer. Mike was open, honest, & transparent while providing a clear view per what next steps would look like. It’s very apparent that Mike loves what he does & could teach a masterclass (i.e.) how to convey SMP knowledge and build a rapport so that the messaging was well digested from a novice perspective. The non-invasive first SMP session went off without a hitch & I was overwhelmed with the results! Mike was adamant that the second session would be the (coup de grâce) & boy he didn’t disappoint!
