OVERVIEW Dr. Alexander and his team are absolutely fantastic. I had been thinking about hair restoration for sometime and roughly 9 months ago started to research what was possible. Ive seen many people with procedures done that look fake. What I found was there have been many advancements in the procedures that look 100% natural. CONSULTATION I had two consultations in the PHX Metro area. One with Dr. Alexander and one with another very well known company. I found the other company to be very sales oriented, trying to get me in and out. I was also surprised to find I didn't meet with the doctor who would be doing the procedure. With Biltmore Hair Restoration, it is completely different. I met with Dr. Alexander who walked me through the process, addressed questions and concerns, after care, ETC. Everyone was very friendly. THE PROCEDURE Little scary but an outpatient procedure that takes a full day but flew by. The worst part is getting numb but considering how much work is being done, I would say very little pain. Make sure you have enough food in your system. As your body starts to react to what is being done IT WILL HELP. The process if fairly simple. Clip down the hair from the area the will be extracting. Numb the Front and make incisions. Numb the back. Get in the ARTAS machine which will extract the follicle. The team works on the follicles and implants them. Side note. The ARTAS is a little uncomfortable but not bad, and completely worth my result. AFTER CARE They will have the pain meds and antibiotics set up in advance so you can have them at home. They will also have arranged your Finasteride and Minoxidil which will make sure your implant stays in place for life. THIS IS A TRUE OUTPATIENT. I DROVE HOME. The pain meds do a great job, to be honest there isn't much pain from the procedure. For me the only pain came from sleeping on the scabs that harden from the donor area. It sucks on day 2 and 3. You're head will feel insanely weird due to all of the medication from the procedure. It will fade and go away. This is in the notes they give you, but your head will also swell and give you a caveman look for a few days. That is also due to the medication they pump in you for pain and to slow your bleeding while they work. It will fade. Follow the simple aftercare instructions and you will be fine. Once you can wash the scabs off it is like nothing happened and everything feels normal. RESULTS 1st, don't worry when the follicles fall out and it looks like you just spent $$$ and went through a procedure for nothing. They tell you this and it is on anything you will read about FUE. THE FOLLICLE IS STILL INSIDE. In weeks you will start to see things growing back and in months you will have a completely new hair line that looks like you were born with it. After living with my new looks for months I have to look back at pictures to remember what I looked like. HUGE DIFFERENCE. People have told me I am reverse aging, and cannot believe when I tell them I had the procedure done. If you are on the fence in doing this I hope this review helps you push yourself over the finish line. I am very happy I went with it. I only regret waiting so long to do it. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THIS AND ARE WAITING OR NEED TO WAIT FOR ANY REASON. START TALKING FINASTERIDE AND MINOXIDIL. IT WILL HELP KEEP WHAT YOU HAVE WHILE YOU DECIDE OR SAVE UP.

If you are reading this review, you are likely researching solutions for hair loss and it’s easy to get lost with the amount of information out there. I don’t think I could have done any better than Dr. Alexander and his team. I mention his team because a hair restoration procedure is just as involved for the team as it is the surgeon - and those people are just as important. Dr. Alexander's team has been with him a long time and they are all professionals. I’m six months post-procedure and it’s life changing. I probably spent a decade or more unhappy with my hair and now I have a result so natural that no one would know I’ve had a procedure done. And the best part is that it will still keep improving for the next six months or so. If it were “final” today I would already be thrilled. My wife says I now have more hair than when we met 20 years ago. There are other providers around the country (or outside the US) who can likely do a procedure for cheaper. For me, this was not a procedure where cost was my primary factor. I wanted to get it right. If I can encourage someone who is “on the fence” - just do it. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself. This is obviously a very personal thing that some people might not be comfortable talking about, but I sincerely hope this review helps someone who is thinking about it.

Dr Alexander and his staff were extremely professional and caring throughout the entire procedure. Here are a few more details : 1- impressed with the doctor’s expertise, knowledge and care. He was also easy to talk to and I could tell right away he has a passion to achieve the best results possible. 2- Dr was very meticulous with the entire procedure paying attention to every detail 3- Facility very clean and surgical gowns and scrubs worn by his entire team 4- This one was impressive! The techs responsible for grafts implantation rotated out each hour and were replaced with new techs.I’m assuming this is to prevent fatigue thus moving the process along ensuring optimum graft placements. 5-The overall concern for me during the entire procedure, from the doctor to all of his techs and staff. Everyone always checked on me and were extremely professional. In closing I have to share that I did undergo two previous FUT procedures from two different doctors a few years ago and Dr Alexander is definitely better in many aspects. I would recommend him to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure. See attached pics. The first is a before and the rest are after the procedure.

I am just at the beginning of my journey, (11 days ago), with my Hair Restoration done by Dr. Scott Alexander and all his medical staff. I got to this beginning because I'm one of those guys who since High School styled my hair into a Pompadour and still at age 72 kept that same style. In the last few years I noticed my hair line and the top of my head was getting harder and harder to get the Pompadour I'm so use to having. With that being said price was no object with this endeavor just expertise and talent. I done a great amount of research finding the best doctor who's speciality was only Hair Restoration. I found Dr. Scott who fits this perfectly. I done my first consultation with him and he assured me he could accomplish getting my Pompadour back to the way it use to be. When it comes to doctors I choose.... I do extensive research and my gut feel to find that perfect doctor. I'm so very excited I found Dr. Scott and his medical staff. I truly feel this will be a journey beyond my expectations for sure.

Dr. Alexander is a magician. I don’t even know how else to put it, what he did for my hair was nothing short of magic! It’s the best money I ever spent, I’d do it over again ten times. If you’re on the fence about having a hair restoration procedure done here, just do it! Pictures are at 3 weeks and four months post-op, just for reference.

If you go for a hair transplant, BE VERY CLEAR about what outcome you expect. In my experience, I went for a hairline lowering/corrective procedure to fix my receding hairline. I got an FUE transplant for $11,000 and my results 8 months later are very disappointing. My hairline looks the same and the ultimate issue of my receding hairline is still there. It's my fault for not 'stressing' what I expected (although i had 2 consults, however I wish I didn't spend $11k because I'm still insecure. Now I'm contemplating another procedure to fix what I wish would have been addressed the first time, somewhere overseas for cheaper.
