My office visit with the SOCAH Center was phenomenal from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk—Katherine and Linda—were incredibly welcoming and polite, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. BJ was very kind and professional as he prepared everything for the provider, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. PA Weaver was absolutely awesome—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. We discussed potential diagnoses in detail, and I feel confident and satisfied with my treatment plan thus far. Dr. Hill misdiagnosed my frontal fibrosing alopecia as androgenic alopecia. I had a biopsy done of an area where there was noted recession by Dr. Hill and the pathologist found scarring rather than non-scarring alopecia. Because the treatment for scarring alopecia is different than non-scarring alopecia, I did not receive the appropriate treatment, and the recession increased over time with those hair follicles permanently destroyed. I am very disappointed.

Exams by the doctor and PA are the same. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything is explained in depth that you feel as if your condition is definitely on the right track to a positive recovery.
