Just turned 25 and decided to make a change in my appearance so I got onto Jack a couple of months ago to form a plan to bite the bullet and shave the head, as this is a hard journey for majority of men, jack is there to support you in all aspects, he was very patient throughout the whole process and understand with me. I just finished my final session last week with Jack and all I can say is SMP has changed my life, no more hiding, no more anxiety. I’m more than over the moon with my result. It was nice to see how much he really cared about achieving a brilliant result a real artist who is extremely focused on minor details which stood out for me.
