She did NOT overpromise or try to sell me any treatments that I did not need. She instead educated me on the options, what they would do and allowed me to pick what what treatment I wanted to go with. The results were great and I feel much more confident in my hair and am able to style it more freely without worrying about my naked scalp. I was quite apprehensive about getting SMP. I did a lot of research and even had a video call with a clinic in Newport. However, I didn't feel confident that they would provide the care I needed. Then, I contacted Elsie and immediately knew she was the right choice. From the beginning, Elsie was transparent with me. She explained that the first session was just a light introduction to see how my scalp would react, and that the more significant changes would come in the following sessions. After the first session, I didn't expect much change, and others didn't notice anything, but I saw the light spots on my scalp that looked like hair. Because my hair wasn’t cut too short, it wasn't obvious to others yet. The major transformation occurred after the next sessions. I had to cut my hair short, which was already a big change. By the third session, I could see a hairline where there was none before. One of the most memorable moments was when a coworker on a Zoom call noticed my shorter hair and commented that I looked younger. This was a pleasant surprise and a confidence booster. During my check-up visit after the SMP program, Elsie, being the meticulous professional she is, provided a complimentary touch-up. I'm thrilled with the results. Now, I can choose to buzz cut or let my hair grow, something I was hesitant to do before without a hairline. My wife and kids also loved the new look, adding to my confidence.
