I am posting a second review because Google would not let me reply to your response. I blocked you because you get really harsh and disrespectful on the phone and try to intimidate me. I already had a bad experience with you over the phone. Shelly, we both know there is no “ongoing touch.” I think you still did not get the issue; during my initial consultation and after I told you I would go with someone else because he quoted me $2100, you started to convince me to hire you by saying that you are familiar with my scares. You know EXACTLY what to do and HOW MUCH time and effort it needs. But you asked for more money, or you would not complete my head, which at that point my head will still look horrible. Yes, you did a lot, but I paid for your job. And I don’t think I got more than my money as you said. I wish I had done my research before contacting you because I saw two other clients on Yelp had the same issue. You quote them and then ask for more money along the way. I just want to give an honest review. It may not be to your liking, but this is my experience. Your skill is ok, but you kept asking for money in the process, and people should be aware.
Managing expectations and putting a value to to the services definitely has its challenges, especially when things change along the journey. Thank you and good luck! No need for another 1 star review for obvious reasons ….. Sure wish I could post pictures here 🤔

I wish my experience with Shelley were as good as the other reviews, but it was not. Shelley was misleading from the very beginning. And she was disrespectful and unprofessional towards the end of our session. I say this because she yelled at me over the phone and accused me of taking advantage of her and her kindness. She made me feel like my treatment for free and that I should be grateful because she agreed to do my micropigmentation. However, I paid her according to her contract and the amount she quoted, and the amount we agreed on. I did not ask for additional work to justify why she had to be disrespectful or why I had to pay more than we agreed on in the contract. She misled me on four occasions: First, she claimed to be an expert on my scalp situation during my initial consultation. She said she had other clients who had similar issues. But after seeing the results, I know that was not true. Second, she assured me during the consultation that I could grow my hair back because she could blend the ink to my scalp so that the hair would look naturally full. But in my third session, I told her you could see the unbalanced area between the ink and my hair when the hair grows. She said it was expected, and I won’t grow my hair back because the ink would not look natural at that point. Third, she initially quoted me $3200 on my initial consultation; I explained that I would not proceed with her because someone had already quoted me $2100. After that, she said if I gave her a deposit that day, she would lower her quote to $2400. She said the extra $300 would be worth the one year of COMPLEMENTARY touch-ups she gives her clients. She told me during this year, I can come back as many times as I want until I get the desired results. Then after the fourth session, she refused to complete the scars area without paying additional money. I ended up paying an additional $1200, which brought my total to $3600. Fourth, she justified taking the additional $1200 because the remaining work would require a few sessions and a lot of her time. But, it took only two sessions, and the second session was short compared to the other sessions (around 30-35 minutes). And at the end of the second session, she said everything looked good in her opinion, and she made it clear that I would have to pay for any further work. At that point, I realized that her money cycle would never end.
Not quite the way I recall. Wish I could post some pics!! After all the work that I’ve done you got more than your moneys worth and I think you know that…. I also never said that we were done. You have an ongoing touchup situation after your horrible hair transplant done in Turkey….WOW call me. It appears that I’m blocked but willing to talk anytime. I also know that your life is very stressful and by no means wanted to add to that. I’m an open book Sam! Call anytime🫶
