Я была введена в заблуждение и подверглась серьезному медицинскому и этическому обману со стороны “SoracaMed”, выдающих себя за многопрофильную клинику с лицензией на приём иностранных пациентов. 🔹 Что произошло: Я приехала по предварительной договоренности — мне обещали современную диагностику, план лечения, участие хирурга и использование передовых методов. Вместо этого меня привезли в стоматологический кабинет без оборудования и профильных специалистов. Коронки и мосты были варварски разрушены обычным стоматологом, без письменного плана, снимков или информированного согласия. Мне не предложили альтернатив — просто спилили все зубы и сделали дальнейшее лечение невозможным без имплантов. 🔹 Манипуляции и давление: Мне навязали возврат части суммы (5500 € из 7493 €) только после подписания документов, снимающих с клиники ответственность. Удержали 643 € без объяснений. План лечения оказался мифом. А так называемая “клиника” на деле — это арендованный кабинет, где работают посредники без медицинских полномочий. 🔹 Нет лицензий, нет документов: На мои официальные запросы лицензий — ни одного ответа. Клинику нет в открытых государственных реестрах Турции, разрешающих лечение иностранных пациентов. 🔹 Грубое поведение и непрофессионализм: Сотрудница (переводчица) вела себя агрессивно, давила морально, перебивала, не позволяла задавать вопросы, и вела себя неуважительно. Когда я потребовала объяснений — последовали ложные обвинения в “национализме”, что выглядит как манипуляция и попытка отвлечь от суть медицинских нарушений. Я гражданка Великобритании, и моя претензия — о нарушении медицинских прав и профессиональных стандартов, а не о национальности сотрудников. 🔹 Вывод: Не повторяйте моей ошибки. Эта компания пользуется платформами вроде Bookimed, прикрываясь “документами”, которые никто не проверяет. Они не несут ответственности за лечение, работают без прозрачности, а при конфликтах — запугивают и замалчивают. Я уже обратилась с жалобами в Министерство здравоохранения Турции и рекомендую другим пострадавшим сделать то же самое.

I have been misled and subjected to serious medical and ethical deception by “SoracaMed”, posing as a multidisciplinary clinic with a license to receive international patients. 🔹 What happened: I came by prior arrangement - I was promised modern diagnostics, a treatment plan, the participation of a surgeon and the use of advanced methods. Instead, I was brought to a dental office without equipment and specialized specialists. Crowns and bridges were barbarically destroyed by an ordinary dentist, without a written plan, images or informed consent. I was not offered alternatives - they simply filed down all my teeth and made further treatment impossible without implants. 🔹 Manipulation and pressure: I was forced to return part of the amount (€5,500 out of €7,493) only after signing documents exempting the clinic from liability. They withheld €643 without explanation. The treatment plan turned out to be a myth. And the so-called “clinic” is in fact a rented office where intermediaries without medical authority work. 🔹 No licenses, no documents: Not a single response to my official requests for licenses. The clinic is not in the open state registers of Turkey that allow the treatment of foreign patients. 🔹 Rude behavior and unprofessionalism: The employee (translator) behaved aggressively, put moral pressure, interrupted, did not allow questions to be asked, and behaved disrespectfully. When I demanded an explanation, false accusations of “nationalism” followed, which looks like manipulation and an attempt to distract from the essence of medical violations. I am a British citizen, and my claim is about the violation of medical rights and professional standards, and not about the nationality of the employees. 🔹 Conclusion: Don't repeat my mistake. This company uses platforms like Bookimed, hiding behind “documents” that no one checks. They are not responsible for treatment, they work without transparency, and in case of conflicts, they intimidate and keep silent. I have already filed complaints with the Turkish Ministry of Health and recommend other victims to do the same.

To briefly summarize the situation: You arrived on June 8th, and as we had previously informed you, Turkey was on official holiday until June 10th. We also mentioned you could enjoy your vacation during this time, and we would begin treatment on June 10th. You expressed concerns about the treatment being completed by June 18th. On June 10th, we performed your upper eyelid surgery. At that time, you mentioned not having money for payment and would pay once dental treatment began. The following day, you confirmed that you would make both payments together at the start of the dental procedure, which we accepted in good faith. On June 11th, we started your dental treatment. Necessary X-rays and exams were done, and you requested 3 implants and 26 zirconium crowns. After reviewing your X-rays, we recommended at least 4 implants and offered an option for 6 implants with 26 crowns. You chose 4 implants with 26 crowns, and we proceeded. Regarding your concerns: Treatment Plan and Booking: You booked through Bookimed, where all treatment plans were uploaded. We shared all treatment details via WhatsApp a week before your arrival. Dental Treatment Planning: The treatment was planned with our dentist’s consultation, and you confirmed it after reviewing the X-rays shared via email. Healthy Teeth: X-rays showed 8 teeth in your lower jaw and 6 in your upper jaw with 8 existing crowns. We discussed the treatment step-by-step, and you opted for 4 implants with the potential to switch to 6 implants later. Temporary Crowns: Temporary crowns are for protection, not aesthetics. Your temporary crowns were placed for 2 days, and despite your permanent crowns being ready, you chose not to return for placement. We want to clarify that no errors were made during your treatment. We encourage you to consult other clinics and share your X-rays for their opinion. As for the eyelid surgery, this procedure is performed by a qualified plastic surgeon, not a dentist, and we clarified this at the time. No incorrect information was provided. Regarding your negative review, we assure you that the treatment you received was reviewed by 5 different surgeons, and we followed all proper procedures. If you choose to continue treatment elsewhere, that is your choice, but we are not responsible for any upselling tactics from other clinics. We were also concerned about your inappropriate comments toward our Ukrainian staff, referring to them as “dogs” and stating you wouldn’t have come if they were Ukrainian. We strongly oppose any form of racism or discriminatory language, and such behavior is not tolerated at our clinic. Finally, we would like to remind you that you received 6 days of hotel accommodation, VIP transfers, and prescribed medications as part of your treatment plan. The total cost for these services was €500, which was communicated to you multiple times. You insisted on not making the payment and requested reimbursement for the difference when choosing another clinic. This is your personal decision, and we cannot accept responsibility for it. Requesting a signature during a refund process is a legal requirement, and we must document all transactions properly. Everything was explained before hand and the price is the best in Turkey for the service you receive. I was picked up from the airport they even carry your bag for you.I honestly can not recommend them enough. The team i had was Burak..Gulsah....Serif and the main who makes sure everything runs smoothly is called Tarik.Tarik was there through the whole process even checking in with me at night to make sure I was OK he is amazing at his job and so is the rest of the team.
