I am very pleased with my haircut today, Sara was my stylist and she was quick to key in on my concerns about my current hairs shape without me even asking. I walked out today feeling very listened to and I really enjoy my hair cut. She does an amazing wolf cut!

I have visited this salon previously and was pleased with the results which is why I chose to return. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. During my appointment with Sara, I communicated my desire for a modest trim to maintain my long hair. However, the result was a much more significant cut than I had requested, and the style wasn’t quite what I had in mind. It was disappointing to feel that my preferences weren’t fully heard. I left the salon feeling upset and unheard. While my past experiences had been positive, this visit did not meet the standards I had come to expect. If you’re considering an appointment with Sara C, I would advise caution. And I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to ensure a better experience for future clients.
