I am deeply upset with the results of my husband’s hair transplant at this office. We went in with high hopes, expecting a natural-looking hairline and professional care. Unfortunately, the entire process has been a disaster from start to finish. The procedure was rushed, and the staff didn’t seem to have proper communication with him about what to expect. After the transplant, my husband developed noticeable scarring and uneven patches where hair didn’t grow at all. The hair that did grow is thin and sparse, not at all what was promised in the consultations.
Ms. Wieczorkowski, I have no record that you were ever in my office. Assuming your complaint is from a real expereice, family members are not allowed in procedure areas so how could you estimate that anyone rushed caring for your husband? You also wouldn"t be able to assess "proper communicaiton" during the process. As I posted in the response to your husband's review, the text I received is boardline extortion. On Facebook you represent yourself as a licensed healthcare professional in NJ. This type of bevahior doesn't sit well with the Board of Nursing. I am more than happy to help your husband but I have no idea who he is. I would appreciate that we rectify this in a more professional manner than idle threats. Thank you

I paid $12,500 for a hair transplant with this company in 2020; I was 27 I am now about to be 32. Now that I am older, I realize how predatory this business is. They KNOW that most of their results are insufficient, so they have a harsh cancelation policy. I remember when I had questions about the procedure and the contract I was asked to sign AFTER I was already asked to pay for the procedure in full; it even mentioned several safety risks, and when I questioned it, the doctor just said, "you can just cancel and leave" Yea of course! Right after you have already received the funds, right? But that's not even why I'm writing the negative review; I still decided to follow the procedure. Nothing happened to my health, but let's talk RESULTS!! I paid $12,500 for just a hairline transplant, right? What I paid for looks like thin arm hair. Mind you, these transplanted arm hairs on my head are permanent, and I still have a full head of hair. Eventually, I will look like a clown when I lose my hair. I expressed these concerns to DR Stroller, who recommended an smp treatment. Being insecure and naive, I agreed to the SMP treatment of $4,500, and now I have ink on my head that does not look real and is more prominent than these thin hairs that I am stuck with. I expressed these concerns to DR Stoller, and he recommended finasteride. It was up until then that I got real results: my hair was coming back more than before, BUT there was a catch: I lost my drive, ambition, and willingness to sleep with my lady. DR Stoller admitted that even finasteride is not a cure for hair loss. It just delays the shedding phase, and, ultimately, many procedures are hit or miss, including PRP treatments, but it delays the inevitable and gives people momentary confidence. Hair transplant Doctors know that the procedure cannot provide the same density as your existing hair and do not care. A hair transplant is not the solution. They will prey on your insecurities to make money and make you sign a contract. Please don't go with this doctor, at least. Maybe other Doctors are better, but if you pay this price for the procedure, you will be very dissatisfied with the results.

After you and your wife posted these reviews, you sent me a text essentially attempting to extort me. XXX "Unless your (sic) giving me any money before or why (sic) type of incentive not too I will burn your company to the ground....Check your google page and more will be coming soon." This is acutally a threat which I take seriously. Thank you

I researched the hair regrowth journey and sat through consults for some time and was never really satisfied with any of them. For some, I felt as though I was trying to be sold more than what I needed. For others, the service and patient experience was lacking. This ended when I met Angel from Dr. Stoller’s office. He immediately made me feel comfortable, was thorough yet practical, and knowledgeable. On surgery day, Dr Stoller calmed my nerves and worked his magic-he is a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. I told him what my goals were and he incorporated them into the plans. He is very attentive, funny, caring, and technical. He not only provided me with his cell phone number, but he also checked up on me several times post surgery. The techs were amazing too! I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this practice!
