Ejemplo de ser mal comercial: Cita a principios de julio 2024, sin hacerme ninguna prueba, el primer tratamiento que me ofrece son vitaminas por un dineral, la cuál le dije que prefiero hacer injerto directamente, me dijo que es un proceso lento y hay que tener paciencia, mi cabeza estaba bastante despoblada y creo que no era el tratamiento adecuado, al final cambió de idea al decirle que un amigo empezó el tratamiento con ellos y lo buscó en su historial. Finalmente me hizo un presupuesto de 7500€ para hacer injerto, peeero, como venía recomendado por mi amigo que se hizo el tratamiento con ellos, me harían un "descuentillo", no me daba confianza lo que me estaban ofreciendo ni la manera de venderlo, mientras me daban la hoja del presupuesto, me pedían desesperadamente el número de cuenta para cobrarme ya mismo la primera cuota, finalmente salí y bastante decepcionado, al día siguiente me llamó la misma mujer y me recordó que le pasara mi número de cuenta, lo primero.... Finalmente mi contacto me recomendó "sal de ahí y te pasaré el contacto del hombre que me arregló el destrozo que me hizo Svenson". Entre agosto y octubre hasta operarme. Finalmente me operé en ibiza en octubre y fue un éxito, muy claros desde el primer momento con el tratamiento que tengo que recibir y muchísimo mejor de precio, le di mucha más importancia el trato que recibí y las facilidades de pago. Las maneras de ser comercial y el trato deben mejorar. Gracias

Mi experiencia fue de dos ańos con el sistema hair to hair. Un auténtico timo económico y un devastador resultado para mi cuero cabelludo. La calidad de sus prótesis nefastas y el resultado fue que sufro calvicie severa y dermatitis seborreica muy difícil de tratar. Lo peor es que lo veían e ignoraban sobreponiendo su interés económico a mi problema, la calvicie es algo que se debe tratar con humanidad, desancosejo a quien esté sufriendo mi problema, no confíe en Svenson, sinceramente.
