Very disappointed! I’ve been wearing a hair system for almost twenty five years. Zack’s haircuts are excellent. The problem is the quality of the hair system & his customer service! I usually get a minimum of 4/5 months out of a piece sometimes 7. I take very good care of them. I was offered three different thicknesses & chose the thickest. This piece is thinner than any piece I’ve ever had. The skin base started to tear & shred after four weeks. The edging constantly curls over. Hair is shedding way too fast. Just a very poor quality product. Unfortunately when I contacted Zack he was on vacation & Lauren said she would speak with him. I called back a week later to be told I ordered a thin base. Luckily all our communication was done through texting so I had proof that wasn’t true. Their solution is to charge me half price for another system. Why would I pay for garbage twice! I asked to speak with Zack! Not holding my breath on a return call.

Zack is an amazing barber! My uncle was hesitant to even think about getting a hair system but after much convincing (on my part) he agreed to see Zack. Change can be hard for people but after getting his hair system, my uncle was wishing he had seen Zack sooner. From consultation to the end result Zack really takes his craft seriously, he made my uncle look and feel 20 years younger! Thank you so much for the transformation!! Zack did a great job on my friends hair! I actually never knew he wore a hair system until recently and always thought he just had really thick hair lol. Then we got to talking and he told me he went to Zack and I am super impressed by the appearance, and quality of the hair. It’s completely undetectable! And listen, I can spot a wig from a mile away so, if I can’t tell, no one can! Ha!
