I first had an appointment with them, which was handled by Jon. The whole experience felt very mechanical, like they were just following a checklist. They did a glue allergy test, but instead of cleaning it off, they told me to use rubbing alcohol at home. That felt odd. On the fitting day, the hair system’s colour didn’t match at all. It looked dark brown with a reddish tint, which didn’t blend with my natural hair. The texture was also very rough and after a shower, it looked super frizzy. The stylist, Nikki, was kind and professional, but the haircut itself wasn’t good. That might be due to the poor quality of the hair system. I expected them to listen to my needs and offer proper guidance. My scalp gets oily quickly, so using strong glue that stays on for weeks just doesn’t work for me. Since I’m new to this, I was hoping they’d explain alternative options, but that never happened. ** UPDATE ** [ 2/07/25 ] Giving them 5 stars now, especially because of Ruben and his work. They followed up and offered a replacement system. It was smooth, blended well, and looked natural. This time, the new hair system was fitted by Ruben, who gave me a much better experience. Ruben listened to my concerns, talked things through with me patiently, and took great care with the haircut. He styled it nicely and was very friendly and professional throughout. He clearly enjoys what he does and I felt lucky to have him as my stylist this time. I really appreciate his care and I'm sure he brings the same energy and dedication to all the customers he works with.

BUYER BEWARE: I spent £615 ($827) for a wig that lasted 2 days. I’ve worn wigs for years and understand the limitations of synthetic hair. Still, after paying a premium price for a synthetic wig from the London Hair Clinic while I was on vacation, I was shocked at how quickly it failed. Within just two days, the wig became a frizzy, tangled mess—completely unwearable despite meticulous care. I had to buy a replacement wig in Paris just to finish my trip. After returning to the US, I emailed Aderans twice and received no response. Calling their London office cost me even more time and money. I was told I’d have to pay to ship the wig back to the UK for them to even consider my case—no guarantee of help, and they refused to review photos or cover shipping. A professional wig shop in the US confirmed what I suspected: this “heat-resistant” synthetic fiber is notorious for fraying, especially at shoulder length where it constantly rubs against clothing. For over $800, this is completely unacceptable. To add fuel to the fire, the exact wig I purchased from this clinic is being sold elsewhere online nearly 60% less than what the London Hair Clinic charged me. The London Hair Clinic sold me a wig that barely survived 48 hours and then put up every barrier to resolving the issue. If you value your money and your time, avoid this product and this company. To the owner(s)/management: You should look at the review I left for the wig shop I visited in Paris after purchasing your terribly inferior product. The product I purchased in Paris is exceptional and the service was absolutely outstanding. You could learn a lot from them.
