Hi Jessica, I would like to clear up a few things that was left out of your review. You booked a 4 hour package service that reserved time for both a Microblading and Lip blush service same day. On the day of your service, you canceled 29 minutes prior to your appointment. When you originally booked your package service, you completed an intake form at booking that clearly outlined our policies which stated we require AT LEAST 48hrs to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide notice is an automatic forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel same day or without notice, it’s considered a no show and 1/2 your service amount could be charged to your card on file and your deposit would be forfeited. When you cancelled your session with only 29 minutes notice, we were more than happy to work you with you and make an exception to our policy. In doing so, we did not charge 1/2 the package service fee that we were entitled to ($437) and we went ahead and honored the deposit on file ($200) towards a future package service up to one year. Fast forward to September 6,2023, you reached out wanting to schedule a Brow Lamination service. We let you know that the deposit on file from 11 months ago was available to use towards a package service only (Microblading and / or Lip Blush) but you insisted we honor your deposit towards just a lamination or a lamination & Lip blush combo and make another exception for you. Once again, we were willing to work with you and honor half your deposit towards that service but you refused as this was not enough for you. You may not like our policies but you did agree to them prior to reserving your appointment and we were more than accommodating to you by honoring your deposit initially and not charging for half you service. We understand life happens and we always try to work with our clients but when a client takes advantage of our kindness and policies repeatedly and shows no respect for our Artist time, that’s when we have to make the unfortunate decision to move on and not accept you as a client.
