After considering rhinoplasty for over 15 years, I finally decided to take the leap. Choosing Dr. Dario Rochira at The Private Clinic was, without a doubt, the best decision of my life. From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. The lovely patient coordinator was so kind and attentive, immediately calming my nerves. When I met Dario, he greeted me with the warmest smile, and the consultation itself was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. He took the time to draw diagrams, explain the functionality of the nose, what could realistically be achieved, and what the procedure and recovery would entail. He even showed me a simulation of the potential results, while also carefully managing expectations. What stood out most was how genuinely comfortable Dario made me feel. I was never rushed. I had the space to share my goals, and he listened so attentively while offering clear, honest information. In the lead-up to surgery, I had several check-in points with The Private Clinic, and every single question I had was answered thoroughly. I felt totally prepared and supported. A special thank you to Tam and Ulla at reception at Fitzroy for being so warm and helpful, and to my anaesthetist, Moeen, who made me feel safe and informed on the day of surgery. That really mattered to me as I was nervous about going under. Dario also came to see me again that morning to recap everything, which was so reassuring. The surgery itself was such a smooth experience. I remember gently drifting off and then waking up in recovery, where I was looked after with such care. The very next day, I received a check-in call from the nurse, and to my surprise, my recovery was super straightforward. I had no pain and very minimal swelling. Of course, everyone heals differently, but I believe Dario’s precise and careful approach played a huge role. Now, two weeks later, I’ve seen my early results and I’m completely in awe. Even with some swelling, I can already tell how beautifully natural the result is. I genuinely think it’s one of the best rhinoplasty outcomes I’ve ever seen, and I’ve spent years looking at them online. I’m so happy he truly listened and respected what I wanted. The care at The Private Clinic was exceptional. The operating suites were spotless and modern, and every member of staff I interacted with was kind, professional, and warm. I’m so excited to watch the results continue to refine over time. If you’re debating whether or not to go ahead, just do it. Dr. Dario Rochira is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredibly compassionate and skilled professional. I couldn’t be happier.

I’m a 30 year old male who had an inverted nipple on the right side ever since the age of 15/16 for as long as I can remember. This had made intimate life uncomfortable even leisure such as hesitating to remove my top at the gym, public swimming pools and the beach! I spoke to a doctor a few years back who was not particularly confident about the procedure which set me back this was around 2018 so Iv waited a while before making the choice to go ahead and then the pandemic began and set all my plans back. Fast forward 2025 I got in contact with more doctors who had to do revision and refuse to operate on a male nipple even though the procedure is identical to both males and females. I contacted The Private Clinic in Harley Street in which they advised Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto immediately to me, due to many positive reviews and highly recommended by his own staff at the clinic it made me confident in his work I was driven to make an appointment. The consultation went brilliantly loved the energy from the moment I walked in and was welcomed by humble staff. DR Giuseppe explained what can and cannot be achieved in the operation and side affects I needed to be aware of, when I saw he was confident to go ahead with the operation it gave me the green light, he was incredibly professional and empathetic to the situation. The day of operation I felt slightly nervous having gone under the knife multiple times but you never get use to it haha, I was met by the nurse at Fitzroy hospital who was lovely going over paper work and prep before the operation. For the inverted nipple correction I was fully awake but comforted by the main DR Giuseppe and his utmost professionalism and staff, I was in the room for probably no longer than 30 minutes, the numbing for the local anaesthesia felt like a slight bee sting it lasted 5 seconds and it was over I felt NOTHING before you know it I was stitched up and ready to leave and go home. Recovery went incredibly smooth had to stay in the upright position for a few days minor sacrifice for a long term forever result which will make you happy, a tiny bit of discomfort nothing pain killers and a small massage can’t fix it’s no big deal at all bare in mind my pain tolerance is very high thankfully. Consultation date: March 29th 2025. Operation date: April 19th 2025. First follow up: April 25th 2025. I came in to see the nurse on the 25th of April one week after the operation having almost screamed to see a fully outward pointed nipple which naturally retracted inwards for 15 years. Luckily my nipple was reactive to temperature and stimuli prior to the operation which was good to begin with but I still had a few weeks ahead of me to be fully healed. Came in to see Dr Giuseppe on the 7th of June (7 weeks post op) and even he was amazed to see how outwards it was, you simply cannot see a visible scar I’d be lying to you if I said there was one the way the nipple tissue repairs itself is mind blowing. It’s still very reactive and I didn’t loose my senses thankfully as the nipple slowly and gradually heals in place, in terms of symmetry you have to be realistic as we aren’t symmetrical all over but you can’t really tell they are ALMOST identical and close in character, Dr Giuseppe is not just a plastic surgeon but an artist you have to have an eye for detail in order to try and emulate one nipple to the other I am forever thankful. Iv given this review a more detailed approach for anyone who is contemplating a potential procedure with Dr Giuseppe Di Taranto and you won’t be disappointed just get in touch and meet him, may I also add my payment for my consultation also included first and second follow up AND if I had any concerns and wanted to come back to see him for free no clinic in the UK has this kind of system. I choose the private clinic purely because my preferred surgeon operates from here. While I have remained comfortable with my choice of surgeon, the service from reception and the patient coordinator has been terrible to say the least. From hour long waits for appointments to absolute no shows with no notice or communication from staff. This level of disrespect towards patients time is not acceptable and has put me off ever returning to the private clinic. Unfortunately, I needed to have a revision surgery which was stressful in itself, but made worse by the practice changing my surgery dates with no notice at all and me having to spend a significant amount of time emailing and attempting to call the practice with no avail and have gone weeks with absolutely no response. If I had my time again I would’ve gone with a different practice - spending this much money on a service shouldn’t be this stressful!

It’s taken me a while to leave this review because it’s not something I like to do. I understand the impact on a business. However 2 years after my TWO surgeries with Dr Adrian richards and I am needing another surgery. I paid over 8k for an uplift after which I looked no different. At my check up he told me it was all in my head and sent me away crying. His coordinator called me and said she can see it looks no different and has arranged for a revision surgery. At this revision surgery my treatment was very different to the first. A nurse was very rude to me. And when I woke up I was in absolute agony. They normally inject lidocaine into the area but he didn’t, it was a fire of a thousand hells on my chest. The surgery photos reveal he took around 1-2cm. They needed inches removing. Now I’m having to spend this money again. I have a connective tissue disorder but last time I had an uplift I managed to wait 8 years, not 2. And taking 1-2cm isn’t going to help anyone. You get about 3h in the hospital in total including the surgery itself. It’s a conveyor belt.

Dr Hanson’s work is 5🌟 and more! He has been improving my facial skin tone with Endolift recently. The Private Clinic is a beautiful environment with pleasant and professional staff. I booked in for IPL on both my face and legs. I could just about tolerate the awful pain on my face during the treatment, but couldn't on my legs. It was just agony; the worst pain of any treatment I've ever had, medical or cosmetic. The (lovely) nurse suggested we switch to sclerotherapy injections, which was a sensible idea. This was not particularly painful and I've had a superb result after three sessions. Veins, purple or red marks etc on my legs are gone. A real confidence boost. However, the treatment on my face yielded no positive results at all. It was expensive and painful for no gain at all. So a mixed bag; a great place for most treatments I'm sure but not somewhere I'd recommend for facial spider veins treatment.

Dr Bianchi is a magician. He has corrected the most complex foot situation with minimal downtime, I was weight bearing from day one and an extremely smooth post operative recovery. The team at the Private clinic checked in regularly and I felt extremely confident from day 1 I had made the right choice. His post op nurse Bernadette is extremely caring and helpful. If your worried about the expense don’t worry you would buy twice when your living the results!!
