Kat & Gio are full of swag, knowledge, & tons of experience!!! I am so happy they branched the Scalp Shop into the Hudson Valley with their Beacon location. After years of inquiring about scalp micro pigmentation, I finally gave it a chance!! Hair loss is hard for anyone, but in my opinion, it’s harder for women. I am relieved from the daily stress and anxiety hair loss has caused me; no longer insecure about leaving my house, and no longer wasting time and money on fiber powders to conceal my hair loss. Your head is in good hands at the Scalp Shop!!

SMP has to be one of the best Investments I have made on my hair journey. The process from start to finish was transformational and I loved every minute of it. If anyone needed a sign to do it, go for it! The journey does not end when you leave the shop because you gain lifelong friends who also become your personal stylist because Kat and Gio see the vision before you do. Kat took the time to explain the SMP process in full detail and even used the “Back to the Future” technique to show me a preview of my results before starting the full treatment. I was given all my available options, and she really took the time to listen to my concerns. She didn’t stop until everything was done perfectly. The atmosphere was super chill and private. Kat and Gio are amazing! I just finished my third session (even though my husband already loved it after the second), and I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Such a cool, friendly group of people. If you're thinking about SMP—look no further. JUST DO IT. You’ll be so glad you did.
