I just had brain surgery where they had to shave my head and I started looking for wigs before my surgery. I came to the Wig Studio in Farragut first. Kay is super helpful and will order a wig in another color if she doesn’t have it. Other stores want you to pay upfront and there are no refunds, but if you don’t like it once it comes in Kay will keep it at no charge to you. I found this very helpful because you may not like the color after you put it on. I made several trips before I found my perfect wig. I even bought a wig before my surgery that when it came time to wear the wig I decided I didn’t like it(2months later), she exchanged it for me. That was so kind of her to do that. She is so helpful and will help you find your perfect wig. I highly recommend the Wig Studio in Farragut! Thank you again Kay!!

Absolutely one of the best wig places in Knoxville. The owner Was very friendly and courteous, made the process very easy for my grandmother to get her new wig and fitted answered all the questions we had. Definitely don’t hesitate to give this place a try she will definitely make you happy.

I recently visited the Wig Studio after doing a Google search for local wig shops. I’ve recently had scalp surgery and will need a wig to wear for the next several months while my hair grows back. From the moment I walked in the door, I was totally at ease. Kay was so wonderful and answered all of my general wig questions and showed me wigs in several different styles and colors. Because of my head bandages, I was unable to try on wigs that day, but I gained a wealth of information and lots of ideas. I ended up buying a really cute baseball cap with hair to get me through short-term until I can try on wigs and make a final decision on what to buy. I can’t say enough good things about Kay and my experience at the Wig Studio. She is amazing, and I will definitely be back when I’m ready to buy a wig. There’s no need to go anywhere else in Knoxville for your wig shopping needs. The Wig Studio is the BEST! Below is a photo of the baseball cap with hair that I bought….so cute!
